Hotel pantai Frangipani menjadi tempat percutian yang menyenangkan. Pemandangan pantai dari hotel terus. Suasana tenang, sesuai untuk bersantai sambil berbual. The room was very clean. Staff lovely and attentive. Great location, walk to restaurants and Main Street. Beautiful little hotel right on the beach with a lovely quiet relaxing vibe. Paid for the best rooms around the pool which was well worth it. Rooms at back very basic and dark. Would defs stay again.

Small and well kept, 9 rooms hotel, right on the beach. Lovely rooms and staff. Plenty of activities around, along with food options only minutes walk away. Easy 7min walk to the centre of town. Especially loved the VIP room with indoor/outdoor bathrooms and sea view. And the fresh cooked hotel breakfast, yum.

We enjoyed our stay in Franjipani because it was perfectly situated right on the beach. However, the interior of the rooms need upgrading! Old facilities and bathrooms in particular, are hard to clean and harder to make look really clean! Staff were pleasant and helpful. The garden setting was beautiful and breakfast was included!

Had a great stay at Frangipani, extended multiple times. Great small villa like hotel, perfect on low season if it is rather quiet and not crowded. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, bathroom is large and semi open. All property is kept nicely clean. Breakfast has 3 choices, their home made jam is simply delicious. Coffee is served in french press what is rather unique in Bali and adds bonus points from us. Beach is just infront of the property, great to sit in gazebo and enjoy beautiful sunset.

The property is great except for the bed we had was bad but they just need a new mattress in that room im assuming. Everything else was cool. We got picked up in front of the hotel at the beach to watch dolphins and that was nice. Food was pretty good and swimming pool cleaned daily!

Hotellet ligger SÅ godt. 8 værelser Væk fra by og larm, men kun 5 minutters gang derhen. Værtinden hjalp med transport til Ubud hvor vi havde 3 stop undervejs, på steder vi havde valgt vi vil se. En heldagstur til en rigtig go pris. Generelt: spring delfinturen over - i bliver kun skuffede !!

The staff were amazing and the property looked amazing, gardens beautiful, pool area awesome, but from the moment we arrived our room was a big disappointment. Got there about 3.30 pm, booked in, got our poolside room. Went to lock our valuables away and the security safe did not work. Staff attended but where unable to fix it. Went for a swim, returned to the room for a shower. The towel rack fell off the wall, the shower head ( in both inside and outside showers) was broken so had one full stream of water and not a constant flow, to top it off, no hot water. Saw the staff who contacted the maintenance guy, so we waited 4 hours for him to come.He siliconed the shower head back into place but was unable to fix the HWS. So a cold shower for us. During the night the power went out, so no lights or air-con. Contacted staff, again, and once again, waiting for the maintenance man. Went to use the toilet and it overflowed, Finally after two days we were offered another room, but by then we had decided to head back to Legion as most of our Lovina trip was wasted waiting to be able to utilise our room. We had booked for 2 more days but were disappointed with the whole place. A staff member rang the owner to tell what had happened and that we were leaving 2 days early and the only compensation we were offered was that we didn’t have to pay our bar bill which was a grand amount of about $ 15.00 ( AUS)! Very disappointed.By the time our driver arrived at 12.00 nothing had been fixed.

The location on the beach was fantastic with plenty to see and do either side. The pool and gardens are lovely. Our VIP room was perfect for my mum and I. The staff were just wonderful willing to help with everything. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope to come back.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. The hotel is right on the beach and we took advantage by going to see the dolphins one morning. We also took strolls down the beach during sunset/ evening. If you turn left out the back gate there is a very nice restaurant 30 seconds walk away. If you walk another 10 minutes there are quite a few more restaurants with a better variety. As we were only there 2 days and we went on excursions both days we didn't go in to lovina so cannot comment on that.

Having experienced the opposite just recently, well the welcoming and friendliness at Fangipani Lovina ammost brings tears to my eyes... Bith my wife and I wish our plans could have allowed us to stay longer... We will be back, and to anyone looking to book: Frangipani is boutique and persinable, quaint and quiet... The smallest of details vs. everything advertised- Frangipani caters with a family-like heart, respects all guests and know the value of repeat visitors... My wife and I will definitely be back..!

The staff were amazing and the property looked amazing, gardens beautiful, pool area awesome, but from the moment we arrived our room was a big disappointment. Got there about 3.30 pm, booked in, got our poolside room. Went to lock our valuables away and the security safe did not work. Staff attended but where unable to fix it. Went for a swim, returned to the room for a shower. The towel rack fell off the wall, the shower head ( in both inside and outside showers) was broken so had one full stream of water and not a constant flow, to top it off, no hot water. Saw the staff who contacted the maintenance guy, so we waited 4 hours for him to come.He siliconed the shower head back into place but was unable to fix the HWS. So a cold shower for us. During the night the power went out, so no lights or air-con. Contacted staff, again, and once again, waiting for the maintenance man. Went to use the toilet and it overflowed, Finally after two days we were offered another room, but by then we had decided to head back to Legion as most of our Lovina trip was wasted waiting to be able to utilise our room. We had booked for 2 more days but were disappointed with the whole place. A staff member rang the owner to tell what had happened and that we were leaving 2 days early and the only compensation we were offered was that we didn’t have to pay our bar bill which was a grand amount of about $ 15.00 ( AUS)! Very disappointed.By the time our driver arrived at 12.00 nothing had been fixed.

The location on the beach was fantastic with plenty to see and do either side. The pool and gardens are lovely. Our VIP room was perfect for my mum and I. The staff were just wonderful willing to help with everything. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope to come back.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. The hotel is right on the beach and we took advantage by going to see the dolphins one morning. We also took strolls down the beach during sunset/ evening. If you turn left out the back gate there is a very nice restaurant 30 seconds walk away. If you walk another 10 minutes there are quite a few more restaurants with a better variety. As we were only there 2 days and we went on excursions both days we didn't go in to lovina so cannot comment on that.

Amazing location, a wonderful staff which truly understands the meaning of hospitality. Having experienced the opposite just recently, well the welcoming and friendliness at Fangipani Lovina ammost brings tears to my eyes... Bith my wife and I wish our plans could have allowed us to stay longer... We will be back, and to anyone looking to book: Frangipani is boutique and persinable, quaint and quiet... The smallest of details vs. everything advertised- Frangipani caters with a family-like heart, respects all guests and know the value of repeat visitors... My wife and I will definitely be back..!
