Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Pictures do not do it justice. Staff are great too.

Local muito limpo, arquitetura muito bonita, serviço bem gentil. Localização não é tão boa para andar a pé.

Great place!

Really lovely place to stay. Great facilities. Very relaxed vibe. Lovely staff. A little tricky to walk anywhere from here so you do rely on getting a grab but the hotel itself is like a beautiful oasis. Really good value for money.

This was a lovely small hotel, staff were very friendly and the rooms were very modern, light, clean and large. Hotel isn’t far from the main restaurants and bars either.

We had a lovely stay at The Palms. All areas of the hotel and gardens were very clean and well maintained. The pool was smaller in size but we were always able to get a sun bed. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was located on the ground floor with a lovely view of the pool. The room had great amenities for the price including; face washers, hand towels, soaps, infused water, complementary fruit and cookies and an oil burner was lit in the room each night. The hotel is located close to the busy areas of Canggu but the road is too busy to walk on with no paths so you will need taxis or scooters.

Fenced-in property that required room key to enter, which made us feel safe & secure, especially considering the dilapidated and unlit surroundings. Check-in was smooth and fast, rooms were large & sufficiently appointed with a larger than standard queen bed, integrated desk/closet system, night stands, airconditioning, humidifier, safe, mini fridge, electric flask to make complimentary tea/coffee, sheers and black-out curtains as well as attached bathroom with large shower space. We appreciated the daily cookies, flowers, aromatherapy (fragrance burner?) and complimentary fruits by the pool. We took advantage of the communal kitchen to make lunch one day. We wished they had provided two rooms next to one another, requested many times through Agoda and directly to the property instead of one unit on the ground floor and the second unit on the 2nd floor. Also, there is no TV in the rooms (only in communal social area), glass sliding door to the room was tricky to open/close, the whole bathroom gets wet everywhere because there is no door or partition in shower area and we could not hang wet towels or clothes in the shower area bec of lack of hanging bars or hooks. Overall, we loved the property because the staff/people were phenomenal, it felt like an oasis among the chaos of speeding, noisy traffic that seems to afflict the whole of Bali and it provided us accommodation, amenities and ambience that are beautiful and calming, exactly what we were looking for in a vacation.

The place is amazing! It is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a wonderful shower and lovely staff. It has lots of lovely personal touches - for example in the afternoon they come around with cookies and aromatherapy. It is in the heart of Canggu but on a quiet road so it still has some of the old charm of Canggu. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful accommodation. Kept really clean bar a few bugs in the room but we stayed in the wooden bungalow and it’s Bali so expected. The property pool is beautiful and always staff at your attention. The property is protected by a locked door at all times with 24/7 cameras everywhere so super safe. Great area too. Would recommend strongly
