Tinggal di The Residence adalah sangat menyenangkan! semua kakitangan sangat membantu dan mesra, dan ia mudah untuk mendapatkan sekitar. Perkhidmatan Buggy atau basikal percuma disediakan supaya pengangkutan di dalamnya mudah. Makanan di Rica Rica dan The Dining Room juga hebat. Ia adalah percutian yang menyeronokkan.

We booked this place for our wedding anniversary. The communication from the staff were excellent and they've been checking out on our stay through whatsapp and communicating all the matters promptly. They also sent in a complimentary cake and room decorations during our anniversary. The service is great and food was good too.

Very enjoyable stay, a place I would consider visiting again. Fantastic room (upper level ocean view single br). Good spa (great foot massage). Various activities, including walking the farm, off-site tours like the firefly tour wetook. Only disappointment was the Rica Rica dinner (food pretty good, room and service ok). Also, walks to outlying rooms not shaded, probably to protect views. Breakfasts were very good.

Had a beach view chalet, absolutely beautiful and a lot vely get away from everything stay. House keeping could be a bit hot hot and miss in that didn't refill toilet paper, tea, coffee etc, no hot water in shower, tv/internet dodgy at best But, in saying all that we adored our villa itself and would stay again simply for the bliss of no interruptions and natural beauty.

Despite repeated apologies, no concrete action was taken to resolve the many issues we faced: cockroach in the room, someone else’s luggage in our space, water leakage that soaked my belongings, a door that wouldn’t close properly, and a very basic breakfast—with an extra charge of 10 SGD for a glass of fresh orange juice. Guest feedback seems ignored, and no compensation was offered. Very disappointing experience.

The property offers ultimate privacy, i.e. it is far from everywhere else… it took us abt 70 mins from the jetty, but there are plenty of activities available on-site. Unfortunately during the few days we were there, all water activities were not available due to low-tide shoreline. So we spent our time cycling, table tennis, and mahjong! The compound was well maintained. Food wise, the Rica-rica restaurant offered very delicious beef rendang. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience, worth the price paid.

Service staff was very accommodating and friendly, food was tasty, and the beach views were great. Lots of amenities that are easy to book and fairly priced. The sea view suite was beautiful, larger than it appeared in the photos, and the private pool and couch next to the window was perfect. The room provided mosquito coils, bottled water, an umbrella, and bikes to get around. Definitely wake up early at low tide to walk around the beach and see all the sea life!

Though it is quite a journey from the ferry terminal and any other store, it was a great, quiet place to unwind and just enjoy a day reading, in the sun, or just exploring the facilities and amenities. Staff were warm and quick to attend to our needs. Bicycles were free to use, and buggies were just a call away to transport you anywhere within the resort. Honestly, my friend and I felt very pampered. Furthermore, there were numerous activities you can participate in provided by the resort. But I just enjoyed reading on the windy patio in my room and cycling in the mornings and evenings. ;) There also were a few little touches (free transport to and from the resort with cookies and water, welcome drinks, cool towels, farewell kuehs delivered to your room…) that really warmed the cockles of our hearts.

Virkelig et skønt sted med det sødeste personale, lækker mad, flotte omgivelser. Alt er 100% perfekt. Spa og deres massage kan varmt anbefales. Housekeeping holder alt meget rent og pænt og kommer med ekstra vand og snacks i løbet af dagen. Der er flere restauranter på resortet og alt vi fik serveret var utroligt lækkert. Morgenmaden er kæmpe buffet, men du kan også få omelet, pandekager, frisk frugt, supper, ja, alt man kan drømme om. Der arrangeres ture, og vi var på sejltur i mangrove floden. Gratis pick-up fra færgen t/r. Kan varmt anbefale dette sted.

The resort stay and property was very good. Disconnected from other places. Just because it was away and secluded. All the food items and drinks were overpriced. Felt like it was expensive than singapore

Service staff was very accommodating and friendly, food was tasty, and the beach views were great. Lots of amenities that are easy to book and fairly priced. The sea view suite was beautiful, larger than it appeared in the photos, and the private pool and couch next to the window was perfect. The room provided mosquito coils, bottled water, an umbrella, and bikes to get around. Definitely wake up early at low tide to walk around the beach and see all the sea life!

Though it is quite a journey from the ferry terminal and any other store, it was a great, quiet place to unwind and just enjoy a day reading, in the sun, or just exploring the facilities and amenities. Staff were warm and quick to attend to our needs. Bicycles were free to use, and buggies were just a call away to transport you anywhere within the resort. Honestly, my friend and I felt very pampered. Furthermore, there were numerous activities you can participate in provided by the resort. But I just enjoyed reading on the windy patio in my room and cycling in the mornings and evenings. ;) There also were a few little touches (free transport to and from the resort with cookies and water, welcome drinks, cool towels, farewell kuehs delivered to your room…) that really warmed the cockles of our hearts.

This property surrounding environment is nature and tranquil, room is spacious and clean, with the helpful and courteous staffs, the resort stays are perfectly good and enjoyable, a place cannot miss in Bintan island.

Virkelig et skønt sted med det sødeste personale, lækker mad, flotte omgivelser. Alt er 100% perfekt. Spa og deres massage kan varmt anbefales. Housekeeping holder alt meget rent og pænt og kommer med ekstra vand og snacks i løbet af dagen. Der er flere restauranter på resortet og alt vi fik serveret var utroligt lækkert. Morgenmaden er kæmpe buffet, men du kan også få omelet, pandekager, frisk frugt, supper, ja, alt man kan drømme om. Der arrangeres ture, og vi var på sejltur i mangrove floden. Gratis pick-up fra færgen t/r. Kan varmt anbefale dette sted.
