Room did not look as advertised in terms of cleanliness and general quality. The floor was very dirty, hairs left in the shower and urine stains all around the rim of the toilet. Other than that, the location and utilities provided were good.

Location, in walking distance to local amenities, and near local bus route. Nice accommodation with adequate facilities if you like to cook instead of going out and in walking distance of temple bar and other bars and restaurants so was perfect for my needs

The room was fine - good location and comfortable bed. But the shower drain was almost completely blocked and the bathroom flooded when we showered and took a really long time to dry out.

L’appartement correspondait aux attentes et était plutôt spacieux et agréable. L’emplacement parfait. Par contre, je ne m’attendais pas à devoir payer une caution en arrivant. Un peu compliqué pour le règlement et le contact pour avoir l’accès à l’appartement…

Floor was sticky; clean, but sticky. We had trouble making contact and getting inside.

We had a few issues with sticky floors and no hot water. Although the hot water issue was fixed the following day we had to cope with the sticky flooring for the remainder of our stay.

No reception area or luggage storage area while waiting to get into room. Entrance is in a back alley where garbage sits. Inside the entrance area is dark, dingy and dirty, it's a back entrance to a building with metal stairs and poorly lit. The room was an OK size, but the bathroom was extremely tiny. Not having a reception area or luggage storage was very inconvenient when we arrived in the morning, had to stand outside in the back alley with the garbage and try and find a storage faciality to hold our luggage until we could get into the room, would not recommend this property.

Room was very clean, tidy, comfy bed, clean bathroom! Can’t fault it at all and 100% will be back

Super cute stay! Clean, great quiet location, comfortable beds and lots of space. The kitchenette was a nice addition. Would stay again

Unfortunately it was not possible to leave the luggage after check out. But in general a very positive experience

We left early because the bedding had bloodstains and hair, and the floors were sticky. No staff on site when we arrived and hadn't yet received instructions to enter. Definitely not a three star hotel.

I booked a studio room here expecting a king-size bed, proper flooring, and the facilities as described. What I received was very different: a bunk bed, damaged floor, and overall poor condition of the room. On top of that, a staff member entered my room unannounced using a master key just minutes after check-in – a serious breach of privacy. Several facilities were broken (AC panel, automated curtains), and despite reporting these issues, there was no proper follow-up. When someone finally came, they were unaware of half the problems and fixed nothing but to make the AC-problems worse. Noise was another major issue. Thin walls meant I was disturbed on multiple nights – once by returning neighbors, another time by a crying baby – making it impossible to rest properly. Expedia mediated a partial refund, but the hotel itself refused to take responsibility for the clear misrepresentation and poor service. For a stay that cost €500 (3 nights!!!), this was far below acceptable standards. In short: misleading room descriptions, broken facilities, unprofessional service, and no accountability afterwards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. I encourage you to look further and to not book a room at this accommodation.
