Eu adorei me hospedar nesse lugar. Pra quem quer fazer Cinque Terre é perfeito, a hospedagem fica no prédio da estação, então é muito cômodo. A equipe é muito prestativa e solicita! Indico muito.

During our three-week trip to Italy, we stayed in ten different hotels, and I would rank Affittacamere Casa Danè at the bottom of the list. That does not mean it is a bad property - all the hotels we booked had excellent ratings. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and a complimentary breakfast voucher for a nearby café was included. The lower ranking is mainly due to convenience. Our room was on the fourth floor of an old building with high ceilings and no elevator, so carrying our luggage upstairs without assistance was difficult. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of complimentary bottled water. Almost every other hotel we stayed at provided bottled water, which was especially appreciated during the hot Italian summer. The hotel also asked for our arrival time, which we provided and adhered to. However, unlike almost all the other hotels we stayed at, the air conditioning had not been turned on before our arrival, so we entered a very warm room after walking in the summer heat. Checkout was at 10:00 a.m. While I understand that late checkout is not always possible, the property also did not offer luggage storage. As a result, if you want to continue exploring La Spezia after checkout, you have to use the paid luggage storage at the train station. Overall, a good property, but the lack of an elevator, luggage storage and a few thoughtful touches affected our experience.

Quarto bom, ar condicionado, cama e travesseiros excelentes. Box do banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas o chuveiro tem bastante pressão. Senti falta de bancada para colocar as coisas. Nos colocaram em um quarto em um prédio próximo, mas não gostei, preferia ficar onde tem a recepção e mais quartos. E o café da manhã é bem fraco, não tem uma proteína, um ovo... apenas pães e cafés/sucos. Tem um supermercado Carrefour perto e vale a pena ir comprar água e algumas coisas para ter no quarto. Mas no geral valeu a pena. Voltaria.

Very nice property, next to the station, very nice rooms and service. The only thing to keep into consideration is no elevator (which may or may not be an issue) depending on your luggage. Highly recommended.

Cons: No lift, so be prepared to carry your bags up two very big flights of stairs. Floor of room was dirty with hair and dust. Pro: great location within the stations. Free luggage storage available.

You need to bring your luggage up to your room. No elevator. Not a good place to stay for someone who has bad legs or hip.

Pontos positivos: localização ao lado da estação de trem, quarto limpo, disponibilidade de estacionamento - apesar de cerca de 200 metros da propriedade. Pontos negativos: Escadaria enorme para acesso: o hotel fica no terceiro pavimento de um edifício antigo, sem elevador e com pé direito duplo do andar térreo. Para acessar, tem de subir uma escadaria enorme carregando todos as malas. Só indico para jovens com pouca bagagem. Internet ruim. Equipe inexistente, não há contato. Café da manhã muito ruim, servido em um local externo e de baixa qualidade e atendimento ríspido.

Breakfast was a voucher but no food available. Very confusing plus desk people only work 8 am to 8 pm. So no help if off early to cst h water ferry to Cinque Terre

C’est l’endroit par excellence pour visiter Cinque Terre! À deux pas de la gare et du centre-ville animé de La Spezia. On a apprécié leur stationnement privé (payant - 15 E) très pratique et sécuritaire. La chambre était petite, mais confortable.

Très bon sejour de 3 jours , hotel très bien situé pour aller visiter les cinq terres avec de bons conseils pour les restaurants et les visites et un service au top !

Would be nice to add a third bottle of water in the fridge. Staff was helpful they accomodated us with a room change.

Excellent location, at the station itself! The Air Conditioning saved us in the scorching summer heat, and we were welcomed into a small, yet clean room. The bathroom was spacious and also clean. The staff were super helpful and kind throughout. Parking was not the best, but worked well. Thank you for all your kind support! You were great!

First off they send us to another location where there was no staff. I had to call them wait to someone to come to pick us up. Check in took about a hour and a half. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait 30 min. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. There is no parking on site. Parking is available for 15 euros 4 blocks from the apartment. The Breakfast included is outside the property and all you get is an expresso and a croissant. It’s not a hotel. The bright side though is that the room is big and clean and the location is superb. We stayed right above the train station. It is very convenient and there is a lot of restaurants and stores near by.

Case Dane is right at the La Spezia Train Station. I had my concerns re noise, but it was amazing, we had absolutely no issues. The room and the bathroom were spacious, clean with the little things you expect: coffee, fridge, safety box, etc. The breakfast is more of a snack (coffee, juice and croissant/foccaccia), at a cafe a few steps away. While frugal, it was tasty. The staff was amazing. Giuglia was very attentive, helping us with everything and keeping in touch ahead of our stay. All of the staff were amazing. The manager took the time to guide me on his moped, to the garage, which really was just around the corner. Parking was convenient and secure (a private underground spot: a garage for 1 car, with its own door, inside a bigger underground garage). If you are driving, you will need to make sure you provide your license plate ahead of time. No hassles checking-in or out. The location was great. Being at the train station allowed us to get trains to Cinque Terre easily and walk down the main pedestrian strip in la Spezia, all the way to the Marina, through the historic centre. I recommend it.

Escolhemos o hotel por ele oferecer estacionamento. Mas quando chegamos lá nao havia estacionamento. Tivemos que deixar o carro em um estacionamento muito longe do hotel e tivemos que pagar 68,00 euros para estacionar o carro. Absurdo.

Hjälpsam personal , fräscht rum och hörde inte tågen. Trots det låg nästan på stationen .
