Chambre très spacieuse. Le seul problème c'est le bruits dans les rues, la nuit. Voitures qui passent la musique à fond, des feus d'artifice lancés plusieurs fois dans la nuit.

Close to everything. The "hotel" is on the 5th floor. You need to use an antique elevator, which runs great. Security in the "hotel" is great, need to buzz in to get into the building.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, la propriétaire est très gentille et très serviable, on nous a proposé la possibilité de garer notre voiture sur un parking privé pour 10 euros par jour, c'était parfait et rassurant par rapport à la zone ZTL. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, pas loin du centre à pied. Très bel ascenseur ancien, équipements en parfait état dans la chambre spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable. Rue et quartier calmes.

I had a great stay at Albergo Cavour. The hotel looked exactly like the photos—while it’s not the most modern place, it’s very clean and has that Italian vibe that adds to the experience. It’s within walking distance to the main city centre and most tourist spots, which made exploring really convenient. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were super easy. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something authentic and well-located!

Hotel situe au 5 étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble ancien avec beaucoup de charme. Chambre très propre et spacieuse, très calme. Bon petit dejeuner copieux servi dans la chambre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, à 5mn à pied de la gare et tout proche du centre historique. Un supermarché Lidl à 4mn à pieds. Bref tout était parfait

Toujours très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé et personnel sympathique. L'extérieur l'hôtel ne paye pas forcément de mine mais les chambres sont confortables et assez typiques.

Liegt eine Ecke vom Bahnhof weg, aber keine schöne Gegend. Das Albergo liegt in einem Mietshaus im 5. Stock mit schönem Treppenhaus und nostalgischem Aufzug. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Proximity to the train station

Maria is very lovely, and very good overall value for money.

First the good things: clean room and breakfast in room (due to COVID). Now what should be corrected/amended by the hotel to improve the customer experience. They don't send any pre-stay emails informing guests at all about their rules/conditions (how can we know if they don't inform us beforehand??). In all websites they say they offer parking (paying parking, not free), but that's not correct. We arrived at night (23:00) due to a problem we had with the car and Palermo is not an easy city to drive in or find parking spots. We called them to ask about our parking and the woman on the phone didn't help much, she said they didn't have parking and that she doesn't know where we can park. I asked about ZTL (zona tráfico limitata) as you can get fined if you drive the car into the hotel streets without a permission and other hotels in Palermo have always helped us with the ZTL permission. They didn't help with this either. Luckily we found a parking spot 5 minutes away from the hotel and we walked there. When we arrived no smiles, no nice faces. I asked and they said that their paying parking lot closes at 20:00 and it was 23:00 (they never informed us before) that their ZTL permission is expired and only lasts 6 months, which is weird because again all B&Bs we stayed in Palermo have always helped with that. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay. There are many places to stay at this price in Palermo and you will get welcomed with a smile and good assistance.

It was a really good stay! It’s a great hotel for the price you pay. For the check-in I would only improve the communication in English but overall we understood each other.

Hotel sorpresa. PULITISSIMO. La proprietaria GENTILISSIMA. Per una tale pulizia e precisione a Londra, Parigi o New York si pagano 700 euro a notte! La posizione e' fantasica ad un minuto dalla stazione centrale.
