Achei o quarto um pouco desconfortável, ar condicionado desligado e quarto muito quente. Reclamei, mas disseram que pela época do ano , ficavam desligado. Não gostei nesse quesito, porém a posição do hotel em relação aos principais pontos turísticos é formidável.

We had a great time staying here! The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location is great, very close to San Marco square as well as stops for the water bus which can take you all over the island. The breakfast was good as well. Would definitely recommend!

The location of this hotel could not have been better! Just a short walk to just about everything. The rooms were so clean, and the staff maintaining them were so cheerful and kind 💜. Check in and out was a breeze and recommendations were good. Breakfast was abundant and good quality.

The location was so convenient to the water taxi/ water bus port! The staff was very helpful and recommended local restaurants for meals! They man the reception area 24 hours a day. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.

The room are clean. Staff, from front desk to room service are excellent and attentive to our need and very helpful. The hotel gives you a sense of nostalgia, and yet the bathroom are updated with towel rack dryer. The best part, it is 5 minutes from St. MARK Plaza, St. Mark Basillica, Doge Palace, and the water taxi, gondola dock. Center to everything, food and shopping.

Es un buen hotel algo viejo pero se entiende porque es Venecia pero la ubicacion es increible! Llegamos en taxi acuatico desde el aerouperto y eso fue una super experiencia. El hotel inlcuia desayuno el cual fue muy basico, habitaciones muy pequenas pero bueno es VENECIA... pero la ubicacion es excelente muy cerca de la Piazza San Marcos y la basilica. Muchas opciones para comer y pasear a todas horas. el personal del hotel fue muy amable y me ayudaron a practicar mi italiano.
