ホテルが古くて狭い。 隣の食堂の味もイマイチ 駐車場は広い エアコンが壊れてた。

Seconda volta in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro. Struttura anni 70 non modernizzata esteticamente, senza fronzoli, ma completo di tutte le comoditá: pulito, ascensore, frigo in camera, TV, bagno in camera, aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo in camera. Personale professionale e super gentile. Ottimo cibo a colazione e a cena. Cucina del Ristorante interno eccellente, porzioni abbondanti, buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei. Consigliato

Hotel stile anni 70, non recentemente ristrutturato, ma non manca niente. Aria condizionata, frigo in camera, pulito. Cucina del Ristorante interno ottima, si mangia benissimo. Colazione top.

The reception staff were ok. The location is very close to the airport which is good , but everything else is substandard. I really can’t believe I paid as much as I did. The elevetord are tiny. The lights and the shower door in the room were broken. The wifi I could not get to work. The good in the restaurant was not very good. The towels wer not very absorbent. Mosquitoes kept me up all night ( and bit me) . It was way too expensive and not very enjoyable. I will not recommend staying at this hotel unless they do a major renovation.

This was without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reality bears absolutely no resemblance to the pictures advertised. It was even worse than the youth hostels I stayed in as a student. We arrived very late and chose this hotel purely for its proximity to the airport before our onward journey — a mistake we will never repeat. The entire place felt unclean, the walls were so thin that every sound carried through, and the bathroom lights didn’t even work. The bed was rock-hard, and the single pillow provided was so thin it might as well have been a folded towel. The only saving grace was the receptionist, who was polite and tried to be helpful. Beyond that, there is not a single thing I could recommend about this hotel.

Muy agradable, todo el personal nos trato amablemente, con especial hincapié en el Sr. Mateo, que nos deleito con sus consejos y nos ayudo desde el primer momento de nuestra llegada al hotel. El servicio de desayuno muy simpático y atento. El servicio de limpieza, nos brindo todo lo que necesitamos y nos dejo una habitación muy limpia cada día. Estamos muy contentos con esta experiencia en Florencia.

Very clean and a lot of details in the room.

True value property, with some good points, like clean rooms, recently renovated bathrooms, and the room I had a large balcony. Decent breakfast, with excellent personal service. Unfortunately the room I was assigned to at check in (611) had it's bed sharing the same wall as the main working elevator, with constant noise thru the night. The built in furniture was well worn and oddly the room was recently painted, but not all the way to the ceiling, with a noticable point where the new paint ended and the older, dingier paint was left behind. Final oddity was the TV in the room, it was unplugged and left on the "desk" counter facing the bathroom door because it was too large to fit level on the higher shelf facing the bed it probably was supposed to be. Rear parking area seemed unkept and felt a bit unsafe.

buongiorno.. sono arrivato alla reception nel pomeriggio quando ho capito che ero brasiliano, l'addetto alla reception non ha fatto alcuno sforzo per cercare di capirmi, parlava tutto in inglese, mi ha dato la chiave, non ho nemmeno bevuto il caffè perché non capivo quello che diceva.. mi ha messo in una stanza piena di infiltrazioni improvvisate, non come appariva nell'annuncio.. molto rumore dove alloggiavi, stava succedendo qualcosa e non riuscivo a dormire tranquilla.. il servizio di pulizia alle 8:00 già stava facendo rumore e parlare ad alta voce da una stanza all'altra. l'altro... deluso. . l'altro... deluso. Ho foto audio del rumore notturno e mattutino

Stayed 4 nights and paid around 500 euro for the whole stay, however the cost was not worth the room. Dust mites, cockroaches, misquotes only to name a few of the critters living with us at the time. Just like the exterior of the building, the rooms are falling apart. Not to mention it’s very far outside of the main city area. One of the worst stays I have had abroad in a long time.

O Hotel não quis ligar o ar condicionado. Não entendi o real motivo mais relevei pelo fato de estar fresco o tempo. Café da manhã é bom. Tamanho do quarto é ótimo. Única coisa que não gostei foi detalhe do ar condicionado. Localização é ótima para deslocamento. Tem lavandeira a 1 quadra de distância, mercado na região, bares

This hotel was fine for one night. The included parking and proximity to the airport was convenient for us.

Comfortable, it just suited my needs, thank you I'll come back when in town.
