Excellent value for price. Very warm and helpful staff (and owners). Breakfast was also excellent - ample with many sweet and savory items including excellent coffees. Superb location with easy access to many restaurants and sites. Minor issues were shower water does not get hot enough and had to unplug a lamp to be able to power electronics. No elevator but only one or two flights of stairs to climb. Air conditioning functioned well, and very nice touch providing a bottle to refill filtered water at our convenience.
Would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again in the future.
The room (Superior Double Room with Balcony) was very nice, with comfortable beds and a good amount of space. Even though there are two restaurants located below the rooms, there was very little noise when the windows were closed.
The hotel is also located on a side street just off Via Vittorio Emanuele, so we hardly noticed any noise or crowds from the busy main street either.
B&B Vintage has an excellent location within walking distance of most attractions and places of interest.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM if booked, but since we were usually out and about before then, we had breakfast elsewhere and therefore cannot really comment on it.
Once again, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel and would happily stay here again!

Location is great for sightseeing & plenty of lovely places to eat! Near to the train & bus station. Room was clean & bed very comfy but no tea/coffee making facilities in room. You need to go down to the next floor to make a drink in the dining area. Breakfast is minimal & seating cramped into a tiny area but food is fresh, healthy & what do you expect for €10? Not suitable if you don't do stairs or bring a heavy suitcase! However, what really makes this place are the staff. Really helpful & friendly & Jade especially helped us book tickets to get to Siracusa. Would definitely book with them again, just pack a travel kettle!

A very welcoming and friendly hotel. The location is ideal with short walks to all city centre attractions, but on a quiet side street so rooms are quiet. Breakfast is basic but good. All the staff were willing to help make our stay perfect. We didn’t feel it was hot enough to use the air conditioning as there was plenty of fresh air available from the large opening windows.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Palermo here. The location was excellent - close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still comfortable and relaxing. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home. Go somewhere else. The list of problems we had here are never ending. The neighborhood also is not great, but I guess that’s most of Palermo. The owner apparently cannot take any sort of criticism and is in total denial. If one more person tells me that “everyone else loves” something I’m going to lose it. The mattresses were the worst mattresses I’ve ever had hands down. They were mush memory foam. MUSH. I sunk to the bed frame just sitting on it. But guess why, that wasn’t a good enough reason to refund us and let us leave and stay somewhere with good beds. There’s no design sense, it’s just random everything everywhere and isn’t appealing. My shower head didn’t function properly, likely because it wasn’t properly maintained, they had to fix it. My bathroom sink faucet also wasn’t properly maintained and sprayed everywhere when using it. There’s no tissues to blow your nose. There was no toilet paper holder. The shower towels are miniature. There’s no soft lighting in the room - just bright lights - not ideal when you’re ready to settle in. DO NOT STAY HERE.
