El personal del hotel ha sido espléndido. En todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nuestras necesidades y cumplieron con todos nuestros requerimientos. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Repetiremos pronto en el mismo hotel!

部屋はキレイ。朝食は満足。観光地からは若干距離があるが、周辺にバス停が複数あるのでバスで色々なところに行ける。レストランやスーパーが周辺にあるので便利。

Contente de mon choix d'hôtel. Les chambres sont jolies. Le service est remarquable de gentillesse et d'efficacité, tant le veilleur de nuit que la reception le jour, le concierge ou la femme de chambre. Points négatifs : Le vaste lobby manque de charme.

He estado unos días este hotel. Todo estupendo, habitación muy limpia y con un bombón de bienvenida por ser San Valentín. El desayuno estupendo tanto en variedad como calidad así como el personal que es encantador. El personal de recepción muy amable y Carlos nos dio muy buenos consejos , además habla perfectamente el español. En resumen, una estancia muy buena , lo recomiendo.

Clean and friendly staff

Hotel is located at a very good area, walkable to metro and bus. The Hotel itself is very outdated. My room had several issues like a floor tile missing and no fan in the bathroom.

The hotel looked very tired and run down, not as good as the photos. I can’t quite tell if it’s just a bad renovation job or it’s just in need of updating. The bed was ok, but the pillows were lumpy and frankly a bit gross, they need to be replaced. The bathroom looked like it was recently updated? For us the stay was fine, it was only one night but I don’t think I would have been very happy with longer than one night. We did not get the breakfast at the hotel because 18 euros for each person was not gonna be worth it in my opinion. There are two places to get breakfast within 2 blocks that were nice and way cheaper. The neighborhood was fine and it was easy enough to catch a bus to get places. Maybe pick up a public transport card at the main train station though if you plan on traveling by public. Oh yeah, last thing, it was really warm in the room. It’s like the heat wouldn’t turn off so we had to crack a window.

The description indicated VIP Access which I emailed the hotel to ask about TWICE but they never responded. We did arrive early in the day and were able to get into our room so that was nice. I had selected to pay the hotel upon arrival but a week before our trip a $245 charge appeared on my credit card to an account in Italy that didn't indicate C-hotels or Fiume so I had to email the hotel to ask if it was them. Also the price was supposed to include all charges and fees but i was hit with an additional $7.50 per room per day fee upon check-in so that should be taken into consideration. Carlos told me and my son that breakfast was NOT included but the minibar was. That was a lie as we were charged for the minibar upon checkout. And when I asked for a receipt upon checkout, I was told to ask Hotels.com for it - even though I paid the hotel directly, not Hotels.com. So as another reviewer indicated, they will hit you up for a lot of additional charges. The room itself was beautiful - and clean. Great job by their housekeeping staff. However, the hotel itself is in need of repairs - everything looks worn. At one point the elevator was out of service during our stay AND the wallpaper they were patching fell down and was laying on the stairs. Also you have to walk up a landing to the elevator bank so people with a handicap should take that into consideration. All in all, I'd give it a 3 - definitely not the "4 star hotel" rating that they claim it is.

Good Location and staff are helpful

This is a lovely older hotel that has received many updates, especially with regard to room renovation. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. We stayed for a week, and I would gladly repeat the experience. The breakfast buffet is very nice, and there's a pleasant little terrace on the 5th floor. The surrounding neighborhood is probably among the nicer areas to stay in Rome. Although it's outside the Aurelian Walls, it's easy enough to walk to the main attractions. There is a real sense of community here, and some really great spots for eating or drinking (and beautiful architecture). Not so many tourists around, either, which is a plus in Rome.

Dear C-Hotels Fiume Staff! We (me and my bride) would like to thank all of you, especially Carlos, Sandro and the others for such a warm greetings and guidance. The view from balcony, the tiny streets and quiet neighborhood was the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who don‘t like the city noise and chaos. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, and even bakery just on the opposite side of the road. The hotel room was relatively small, but it was comfy enough. The shower/warm water was working fine. You can ask hotel personell for an iron board, just in case you need to iron your clothes. The city center is within walking distance, approximately 15-20 minutes. All in all, fair price, bus station and shops around. Thank You for your hospitality and hopefully see you soon!

The hotel itself was basic but nice, a bit away from the centre of rome but walkable - had to get a taxi back at night so bare in mind when booking. I am disappointed however that i had not been informed they would be doing maintenance/construction work in the hotel - I was assured it would be completed on the first day I stayed, as it was happening right next to my room, yet they carried on for another day, and I did not feel they listened to my complaint. There were also basic amenities I would expect that they didn't provide, e.g. only gave us one shower towel for a 2 person room. Good hotel and the staff were welcoming, but wouldnt rush back unfortunately. Love Rome though!

The location was fantastic—quiet and peaceful. There was a wonderful trattoria nearby, along with a cozy coffee shop. The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Carlos made us feel at home, and he speaks Spanish. His warm hospitality and language skills created a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Helt fantastiskt hotell! Supernöjd med allt. Man hörde inte några ljud från rummen brevid. Servicen var toppen i receptionen. Bra städat, fräscha rum. Bra att det gick att välja mellan en liten eller regulator frukost för 5 eller 15 euro. Bra frukost med stort utbud. Rekommenderas starkt!

The hotel is located 20' waling distance from the Termini and another 25' walking to the monuments (Spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi). You will find dinner options around the hotel. The day we arrived Carlos was at the front desk and he was very welcoming, he offered an upgrade to the room we had booked and gave very useful recommendations. It was very nice to meet him! We loved the hotel after that warm reception. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, bathroom updated and clean and we had even a balcony. The whole experience was very good and we would repeat without hesitation.
