We, a family of 4, stayed in one of the 2 bed villas dor 2 nights. It is convenient location if you're visiting Venice. They've direct ferry access to Venice, a small market, laundry & Restaurant on site ate slso handy if you dont want to go far for necessities. Definietly recommend this for a short stay.

This campground is likely great in the summer, so please take this review accordingly. I went in late October. There was lots of rain. The smell of mold was quite strong in the room, which was a decent size with a bathroom and shower that were a decent size, there is no dehumidifying option unfortunately, and one of the mattresses in my unit was moldy. The curtains did not fully cover the windows. This place is very isolated from the rest of the mainland and the transit system shuts down early in the evening. On a good note, the market was decently filled and the prices were comparable to the ones in the city, and the restaurant had a decent selection with comparable prices and good food.
On a side note, though not related directly to the site, the ferry times are restricting if you are wanting to catch opera performances in Venice.
I would likely stay somewhere else if I came back to the region.

We couldn't get WiFi to work which caused us troubles. Other than that, it was good. It's a good value for the money.
It was probably mentioned in the details, but I missed the fact that they don't provide towel service for the type room we were in. Fortunately, I was able to purchase one at the store on site for 12 euro.

夏場は良いと思うが10月はエアコンが1台で寒い。
設備は値段通りで布団、ベットなどはホテルと比べて安物で、見た目は清潔ではあるが雨の影響で湿ってたので、雨が降ってなければ不快感は少ないと思う。
コンテナハウスなので、海が近く大型船が通るとうるさい。
キャンプ慣れしてる人なら大丈夫かと

die Bungelows würde ich eher nicht empfehlen, sind viel zu klein für zwei Personen, die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung lässt zur Wünschen übrig. der einzige Vorteil ist, dass man gleich vom Campingplatz aus mit der Fähre nach Venedig fahren kann, hin und zurück 13 € p.P.

Zimmer die 3 Sterne sind.. sind keine 3 Sterne wert. Boden teilweise kaputt. Fenster undicht. Es bildet sich schimmel. Wc fenster kaputt fallen teilweise raus.
In Venedig selbst ist das Essen billiger als in der Unterkunft.
Schnitzel 12 Euro was schmeckt wie Kaugummi. Und dazu 6 Euro für kleine Pommes.. sind auch lächerlich.

Reading previous reviews I had a few reservations, but we had absolutely nothing to worry about. The location was perfect, the boat only took 20 minutes to get to Venice or the beach. We had fantastic views looking over to Venice. The pool has a lovely peaceful decking area ideal for chill out days (just don't forget your swim cap). The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. The shop is a bit pricey but ideal for essentials. The bar/pizzeria was good but slightly chaotic. One older lady called Monika seemed to do all the running around whilst the young ones stood about. All in all it was a fab trip and I would definitely stay there again. Just make sure you have plenty of mosquito repellant!

Super endroit pour profiter de la lagune. Personnel avenant, arrivée tardive mais sans souci on a pu manger une très bonne pizza avant 22h. Mobil home propre tout est là (gel douche, papier, tapis de sol) et le matelas en logement Lauri est très bien et les draps tout propres sont fournis (+éponge, liquide vaisselle mais pas de balayette, il faut peut-être la demander?) En revanche on a été réveillé tôt le dimanche par un cargo qui déchargeait à proximité et ce n'est pas agréable même si c'est un spectacle de les voir se garer (vraie zone portuaire industrielle à proximité). Honnêtement pour le tarif et la navette directe pour Venise je recommande vivement (retour 22h40 le samedi sinon 20h30) Signalez que vous allez au camping avant d'acheter un billet plein pot puisqu'ils vendent des pass avec ACTV au guichet à côté du parking et du camping. Donc merci au personnel, les espaces communs et la piscine étaient bien entretenus et surveillés mais il vous faudra donc le bonnet. Je trouve que c'est bien de l'imposer en extérieur aussi. 🇨🇵 🇮🇹

Struttura trovata all’ultimo momento per un soggiorno di coppia per 4 giorni.
Comodità di avere il parcheggio (a pagamento) all’interno del campeggio.
Poca attenzione sulla pulizia generale dei vari posti (bungalow, ristorante e bar).
La piscina è un ottimo punto di forza del posto, pulita e sempre presidiata dalla bagnina.
Alla reception persone molto cordiali, gentili e disponibili.

L'unité que nous avons loué était supposé etre de luxe. Il n'y a pas de micro-onde, il n'y a pas de cafetiere. Il y a de la moisissure dans le bas de la douche et derrière le lavabo de la salle de bain. Aussi ce n'est pas normal d'avoir à payer 5 Euro par jour pour le stationnement quand on payent déjà cher pour la très très petite maison mobile.
