Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
