Fantastic hotel. Helpful and service-oriented staff that did everything to make my stay pleasant. Absolutely lovely room vith balcony overlooking the sea. Walking distance to all monuments, shopping, train and busstation etc. I recomend this hotel with warmth.

Super hyggeligt lille hotel med den smukkeste havudsigt fra en skøn altan/balkon. Aldrig set noget lignende! Dejligt behagelige senge, velholdte værelser, rengøring i top! Havde booket et single værelse og det var dejligt stort. Højt til loftet. God aircondition. Der er sågar make-up lys på badeværelset! Alt personale var enormt hjælpsomt og så søde! Der bor to dejlige katte nede i receptionen - de tilhører hotellets ejere. Som katteelsker var det en skøn overraskelse at kunne sidde og nusse dem lidt på vej ind og ud. De er meget kælne, men kommer ikke op på værelserne, hvis nogen skulle være i tvivl :) Alle de bedste anbefalinger herfra!

This was the nicest place we stayed in Sicily. The staff was absolutely the friendliest and best. They gave us free complimentary breakfast each day. Make sure to ask for an ocean-view room with balcony - absolutely stunning vistas, and you can go out and swim in the crystal-clear warm blue waters or sun on the rocks. Hotel is in Ortigia, the trendy island that was ancient Syracuse, walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops, outdoor cafes, gelato, and all the important archeological sites of Syracuse. This place was a gem! Parking was available nearby. One small warning: no elevator, and rooms are up two or three flights of stairs, but they carry luggage up stairs to you room for free. They also help with getting a shuttle or cab, tour reservations and recommendations. They even have free bicycles you can use to explore the city.

Steps away from the Sea. Beautiful view out my Window of the water and rocks. Walk to castle! Friendly staff, lovely room. Wake up early to see incredible sunrise! Just be sure to put clothes on before you take photos of view lol. Early morning walkers! They let me leave luggage in dining area for the day after I checked out. All good! No elevator so good exercise!

Hotel was overall very tired, bathroom requres update, toilet seat cheap and wobbled, shower didnt drain properly so showering had to be quick. Kettle had no near socket and had to be plugged into light socket and handle became hot, TV didnt work. Terrace nothing like the picture as most furniture old and broken. Gym not available but some very old pieces of gym equipment were available which we used but doubt it met safety standards. Such a shame as the location was fantastic and the staff were great and really helpful. The entire hotel requires an internal facelift

First of all, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They really make you feel at home, especially Davide. The room was big with an amazing view of the ocean from my balcony. I will definitely come back and also recommend it to friends and family.
