On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must contact the property 30 minutes prior to arrival to arrange check-in.

This property will be closed from February 26 2024 to February 25 2026 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
