Hotel Altavilla

El hotel muy bien ubicado, el personal sumamente atento. Lo único que una de las dos habitaciones cuádruples, podrían remodelarla un.poco.No invitaba más que a dormir. Ni una mesita o silla. Lo.que sí y muy útil un.pequeño frigobar. Por lo bueno, con gusto repetiría.

Ok hotel, near by Train station

O quarto é ok, não muito espaçoso, mas a cama é boa. Solicitamos 2 travesseiros extras que foram concedidos sem problemas. O banheiro é bem ruim, com uma banheira minúscula no lugar do box, uma cortina bem suja, um chuveiro baixo e uma pia muito baixa! O atendimento foi cordial, não tive problemas com isso. O hotel tem um elevador, que estava com defeito quando fizemos o check out, então tivemos que descer com as malas pela escada. A localização é boa para quem quer ficar perto da estação de trem/metrô e o acesso às principais atrações da cidade é fácil tanto a pé (para quem não se importa de caminhar um pouco) e de metrô.

A estada foi boa mas o café e bem ruim.

비행기 지연되었는데 늦게 체크인되어 좋았어요. 남자 직원분 친절하세요. 늦게 도착해서 러기지 보관소 문닫아서 걱정했는데 5분거리에 무인 러기지 보관소 있어 좋았습니다. 기차타러 갈 때는 가까워서 좋았어요!

The check-in experience started off great — the staff member who assisted us was friendly and explained everything clearly. However, one very important detail was never mentioned: the daily tourist tax. This lack of transparency led to an unnecessary and frustrating situation the next day. On our second day, a front desk staff member named Shakil approached us and abruptly asked for our room number. We politely answered, but his tone already felt unfriendly. He then insisted that we needed to pay the tourist tax in cash. Since this had never been explained at check-in, I genuinely believed it had already been included or paid, and I calmly said so. Instead of clarifying the situation professionally, he became aggressive and dismissive, repeatedly saying “no” and refusing to listen. There was no attempt to explain, no patience, and no basic customer service. It felt confrontational and uncomfortable. We eventually said we would pay later just to end the interaction, but the experience left a very negative impression. I understand this is a lower-rated hotel, but that’s not an excuse for poor communication and rude behavior. Basic courtesy and clear information should be the minimum. Overall, disappointing customer service that could have easily been avoided with proper communication.

Rude staff. Intimidating staff. No amenities at all. Rooms were disgusting and dirty. Expedia had done nothing to help resolve this issue with two rooms that were not fit for purpose. Black mould and blood on sheets

Hotel cercano a la estación del tren, todo ok

I stayed for 5 nights and while it was basic it was comfortable. The downsides to my stay was the fact that housekeeping skipped over the fridge leaving someone's old food in there and leaving it at a warm temperature. After telling the receptionist this his alternative was to put my cold items in a fridge downstairs. The food in the fridge wasn't removed until day 3 of my stay after I left a note when I went out for the day.

This is an old 2 star hotel that needs maintenance. I got the 4 person room and requires an upgrade, specially the bathroom. Hotel is near train station, restaurants and within ~18 min walking distance to colosseum. Staff was helpful and supportive.

Staff nice/kind, room neatly cleaned, enough hot water, hair dryer and great location. However facility awfully outdated and the bathroom definitely needed remodeling. Learned the lesson to check reviews before booking even during holiday season as it tarnishes good memory of the whole trip.

I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience at this hotel was not acceptable. I stayed for a week and the only good thing I can say is that the housekeeping brought fresh towels everyday. The staff was up 24/7 banging, screaming, making as much noise as possible constantly. Thanks to them I got an early start to my day at 7am every single day. One night I’m guessing the family who runs the place has a domestic abuse and the woman and man were screaming and yelling to the point of me being concerned if domestic violence. I was told I couldn’t have a guest. If I’m paying to stay somewhere it’s crazy I can’t. And if being family friendly is the reason the how about we leave our messy home life at home. Place was not in good condition. Showers run wrong. Just go somewhere else genuinely.
