They allowed us an early check in, very helpful to accommodate our drinks that need refrigerated, and helpful to assist with directions. Language was not a barrier as they speak English well. Only a few minutes from the station and a few steps from stores and restaurants. Excellent location and value for money!!

My stay at Hotel Caprera was fantastic. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, providing information on sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast is extensive and varied, and the croissants are served warm. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries. There was also a small terrace. The air conditioning works perfectly in both the room and the reception area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I (solo female in my 60’s) stayed in single room for 2 nights at Hotel Caprera and was happy with it. 10 min walk from train station. Easy walk to tourist destinations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room quiet and comfortable, had nice chair and small desk. Hotel and neighborhood very safe. In room safe not large enough for laptop. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were excellent—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is also in a great location: central, convenient, and feels safe at all times. The lobby is nice and well air-conditioned. However, there were some significant issues during our stay. There is no elevator, and our room was on the third floor, which became difficult in extreme heat. The air conditioning only works in the room, not in common areas like the stairwell, making the climb uncomfortable. In the room, the air conditioning eventually cooled the bedroom, but it struggled overall, and the bathroom remained very hot throughout our stay. I would consider staying here again in cooler weather, but in high temperatures, the lack of effective cooling made our stay uncomfortable.

Very nice staff - family owned business for nearly 75 years. Rooms were simple, but very clean. Hotel is perfectly located only a 5 minute walk from the train station entrance. Despite busy popular location, hotel is in quite street off the main road from the station. Would definitely stay again. Oh, and the included continental breakfast is a great bonus. Thank you to Alberto and Marco!

Remember that few old style Italians hotels have lifts so be prepared to heft luggage up, possibly, many stairs. The door on my room would often stick on the jam and the lock was a pain in the neck. Having said that, the location is only 300m from the station and right on the Main Street on the island. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. The air conditioner made life more pleasant as the afternoons got warmer.

A localização é boa, perto da estação St. Lúcia! O checkin foi rápido e eles tem água à venda no hotel, o que facilitou. Nos colocaram no quarto 24, o mais afastado do hotel, no segundo andar. O Wi-Fi não funcionava. Nem conectava as vezes. O banheiro não tinha chuveiro, apenas banheira com um chuveirinho e pelas fotos eu achava que teria chuveiro com box. Então, a experiência de tomar banho não foi muito agradável pois precisava esperar a banheira encher. O ar condicionado não ligava!!! Não tinha controle no quarto. Quando perguntamos, o moço da recepção nos disse rindo que só a partir de junho para ligar o ar. Quando falamos que estávamos com calor, nos mandou abrir a janela de forma irônica. O problema de abrir as janelas são os pernilongos…o quarto estava lotado deles. Nossa experiência foi horrível neste hotel. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, bem simples e insatisfatório. A parte boa além da localização é a cachorrinha velhinha do hotel e o senhorzinho vovô que nos atendeu que foi simpático. Não recomendo a não ser que queiram passar raiva. Reclamamos do Wi-Fi na recepção e o mesmo moço que nos mandou abrir janela, duvidou do que estávamos dizendo, talvez na cabeça dele seja impossível o Wi-Fi não funcionar rs rs. O nosso quarto ficou em cima da recepção, então ouvíamos o barulho da campainha o tempo todo…também achei barulhento…

ファミリーで経営されているホテルで、皆さん非常に温かく私たちを受け入れて下さいました。子供たちは看板犬のマッティスとも仲良くなり、とても楽しい思い出になりました。早く到着した私たちに部屋を用意して下さり、またチェックアウト後も荷物を預かって下さり、心から感謝しています。 口コミで事前に設備がシンプルなことなどは理解していたため、全く気にならず、むしろ近くにスーパーもレストランも山ほどある好立地なので(日用品や食材の物価はヴェネチアはさほど高くないので)散策を楽しみながら買い出しすれば楽しいです。 何より駅まで一度も階段を登らず行けるため、ベビーカーとスーツケース2個あった私たちには完璧でした。
