Chambre spacieuse et récemment rénovée.Tres bonne isolation car malgré la présence d’une aire de jeux pour enfants juste en face nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le bruit.
Petit déjeuner correct et encore un grand merci à Maria Roaria et Angela pour leur sourire,leur amabilité et leur gentillesse.
Très bon rapport qualité/Prix

If you are in Naples this is the best property to stay at if you rented a car like a lot of us do. Hotel Cenacolo is in a great upper middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of it. I loved that a lot of locals come here so you get a taste of real people from Napoli not just the tourist industry people. They have a bar on ground level just outside which is open 24h and belongs to the hotel. They always have coffee, ice and drinks there at any time. During the day even pastries and such. Next door they have a big park for toddlers and bigger kids to play, it’s only €5 for the entire day per kid. They have bounce houses and large slides and ball pits. It’s great to entertain your kid and it opens late. Again a lot of local kids come here to play it’s super cute. You can see amount Vesuvious from the Balcony. Everything is very clean and the bathrooms are well designed and decorated. The water pressure is excellent and water gets hot quickly. They also had smart TVs in all the rooms which was a very nice surprise. The best thing about Cenacolo is its amazing staff. If you’re lucky enough to have Sarah at the front desk help you you’re in good hands and Giulia is the most amazing server and staff member we’ve ever met. She works so hard everyday to make your stay memorable. You MUST eat at their restaurant because the food is absolutely delicious. We looked forward to having dinner back at the hotel every night. Giulia would save us a place always.

A nice enough room for an overnight stay. Even though staff is available they seem to be very busy selling items to the locals at the attached convenience shop. Playground next door is very noisy but does quiet down later in the evening.

The property is well outside of the city. The restaurant doesn’t seem to actually function for dinners, never saw anyone having a meal, and chose to explore beyond the hotel for meals other than breakfast as a result. Breakfast selection was minimal and inadequate, but the cappucino and espresso coffee at their convenience store and for breakfast service was outstanding. Request a room in the new area of the hotel, old section has fixtures that need updating and is not where you want to stay for this accommodation. New rooms are spacious and well appointed. Maria Rosaria at the front desk and her female colleague were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich
und das Hotel war sehr sauber.
Die Motivtapeten sind telweise renovierungsbedürftig.
Das Abendessen war sehr gut.
Beim Frühstück ist noch Luft nach oben. (Brot und Brötchen)
Wir würden wieder kommen.
Vielleicht ist das Frühstück in der Hauptsaison vielfältiger.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path - not in a convenient area. But the hotel itself is lovely. Our room was very spacious. The bathroom has a wonderful jetted tub, but only a hand shower (and no curtain or door, so I had to sit down in the tub to wash my hair to avoid getting water everywhere)

The staff were so helpful. Maria Rosa was so sweet and helped us with whatever we needed. There is a restaurant on site and we had amazing pizza! There is coffee and bakery and convenience store onsite. Beds were comfy, bathroom big and clean. All around a very pleasant stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights,couldn’t be happier with the stay,away from the huddle & bustle & not far from the train station to take you anywhere you wish.
Hotel staff are really good & so helpful in anything you require.
Only thing I can pick fault with the hotel,is the breakfast is very limited.

If you are planning to go to Naples be aware it’s not that easy to get around the area. The location of the hotel is very inconvenient to get to Naples. If you are there on a Sunday buy your train tickets the day before (we were unaware of this) because the station is closed on Sunday and it will cost around 50 euro for a taxi. That’s if you can pin the receptionist down long enough to call one for you. This poor girl does everything and is running around like crazy. The hotel staff are all amazing!,
