Hotel had some problems

We needed a budget friendly yet comfortable & clean hotel in this specific location. This hotel is a hidden gem. The entire staff is friendly, helpful & eager to help make your stay enjoyable. I had a typical double room while my friend had a single room that, while tiny, had the needed amenities (although the safe in her room did not work). Neat and tidy, spotlessly clean and quiet, considering the neighborhood. We did not opt for the breakfast but saw that it had a nice variety. The only negative is the area tends to attract a mildly unattractive element of squatters or vagrants; they camp out on the steps adjacent to the hotel's entrance. That could be off-putting for some people. But there are plenty of places to eat and drink right in this area and it's very convenient for getting around (Colosseum is in walking distance) plus there are multiple stores, shops, pharmacy, etc, right there. Although located on a side street off the main road (via Cavour), our transfer vehicle had no issues pulling right up to the front door to collect us for the airport. I would recommend to anyone looking for a very nice accommodation, at very attractive prices, for a few nights. Rooms are smallish, even my double and, as I said, the solo room for a single traveler is very compact; so bear that in mind. You're not getting the spacious room that American's tend to expect; you're getting a clean and comfortable boutique hotel with an excellent staff who value you as a guest.

The hotel was beautiful, well located, clean and had strong A/C.

Excellent option in Rome Centro Storico. Walking distance to Colisseum and a lot of restaurants, bares and coffee shops around. Just a few steps to Cavour metro station. 24 hours frontdesk with very friendly staff. The only thing is that you cannot use iron in the room.

Espacious room for Venice standards 24 hrs. Very friendly staff Since is located in Venice "downtown" there is a lot of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance

Great location!

1인 침대는 너무 작아서 키크면 발을 못뻗어요.. 옷장이 있어서 못뻗음 ㅠㅠ 위치는 아주 좋아서 지하철 타기도 편하고 콜로세움도 가깝고, 호텔 직원도 아주 친절해요. 위치도 주변이 안전하고, 택시도 앞까지 접근 가능합니나.

Room was not close to pictures shown and very dirty, lot of dust.

Super close to Colosseum, quaint neighborhood. One of the men working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Small room, but that's expected in a city - and very well kept. Elevator was also great to have!

This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the city. The low priced rooms come in two styles: one has a small bed and a bit more space, while the other has a large bed and limited space. If you prefer more space, book a much higher priced room.

Excellent personnel

The location is great. The outside looks old, but the inside is very well decorated. I would definitely recommend this.

I spent 4 nights at this lovely little hotel located just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum and a 15-minute walk from Termini Station (great for day trips to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast). My room was very comfortable and quiet, and the optional 15 euro breakfast was very nice. The hotel is in the Monti neighborhood, the best combination of old, hip, and easy to get around, just off Via Cavour. I appreciated it even more after walking through the main tourist part of Rome; even though Rome was crowded due to the Jubilee, Monti never felt overwhelming. An amazing little pizza place and the Curi Curi cafe are a few steps from the hotel, there's a gelateria on every corner, and an ancient piazza with beautiful fountain that seems to serve as a public gathering spot is around the corner. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
