La limpieza no es buena en el baño,la cama y demás está bien ,el suelo también está sucio.

La atención de las dos mujeres del lobby, muy bien con la mejor disposición y nos ayudaba con los taxis. Debería incluir desayuno, eso le faltaría. Muy bien ubicado, a 10min. en bus, desde la estación de tren. Compren el boleto de 24hrs. porque despues lo utilizarán en todo el día ya que para ir al centro el bus pasa por ahi.

It was a very nice room and very clean. Only one little problem, we could hear people having breakfast downstairs. They need to put a door at the base of the stairs to keep the noise down.

Its overall quite good but you need a better internet connection.

Det mest fantastiske sted vi længe har oplevet. Super søde, flot, rent, velholdt, lækre detaljer, super service. 200 m til bus som er i centrum på 10 minutter. Tur med Taxi koster 11 € inkl. Nat takst. Alt var bare i orden. TAK

Camera leggermente troppo piccola per essere definita "Doppia/Matrimoniale Superiore. Mancanza del bidet nel bagno. Per il resto veramente ottimo, arredamento e condizioni generali della struttura veramente di buon gusto e moderno.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. And i know that the hotel cannot do anything about it. But the surroundings and area are not very safe feeling. The hotel is in a small house with the window next to the road. Also the hallway is quite noisy in the evening and morning. Honestly for one night its a fine hotel! With a proper room. To the staff I am sorry its really not your fault and the hotel is nicely decorated.

Was a nice clean place. But the location was really not as convenient as I had envisioned. It doesn't look that far from the train station and the downtown, but you really wouldn't want to walk that stretch, especially in the summer heat. But also at night.

If you decide to stay in this hotel, you must be prepared to walk 30 mins towards the city centre.

The property is on a noisy street. The area is industrial. Buses to the tourist sites are very inconsistent. The first day I waited for more than one hour for a bus. It’s far walking distance and streets are not safe in this area. Hotel looks renovated, it is clean and staff was friendly.

Camera da letto e sanitari del bagno puliti; ma la signora delle pulizie dovrebbe ricordarsi di pulire di tanto in tanto anche i grandi cassetti sotto il lavandino... dove abbiamo trovato phon e cartigienica di riserva in un contorno di sporcizia notevole. Sul letto erano presenti solo due lenzuoli, di cui quello superiore ancora da aprire e fissare al letto. Non c'era copriletto (così non bisogna lavarlo!!) e nell'armadio scaffale c'era un solo piumino leggero (che io, purtroppo, di notte al semibuio ho scambiato per un cuscino e non ho dunque utilizzato!). Il giorno seguente mi è stato detto alla reception che era un caso che vi fosse quel piumino, perché in estate loro non mettono mai le coperte nell'armadio (mai vista una cosa del genere in nessun albergo o b&b!). Ma sarà libertà del cliente decidere se gli basta il lenzuolo per dormire o se sente freddo e vuole una copertura in più? Inoltre, la stanza era umida..ma bisognava per forza accendere l'aria condizionata per rinfrescarsi (e dunque raffreddare inevitabilmente la stanza!!), perché ci era stato detto di non cambiare la modalità del condizionatore (tipo metterlo sulla funzione di deumidificazione!) onde evitare problemi elettrici sugli altri condizionatori dell'albergo. Quanto all'isolamento acustico, l'albergo è in un punto di confluenza tra 2 strade trafficate, su entrambi i lati della struttura. Vi sono i doppi vetri e le automobili, a finestre chiuse, si senton poco..ma i vetri tripli sarebbero stati meglio.

Hotel molto carino, moderno confortevole e pulito

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. 2km walk to Verona Arena. Two main roads either side.of the hotel, but not as noisy as we thought it might be.

Ottima struttura, accogliente e familiare. Le stanze sono pulite, così come la hall. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e veramente educato.
