WONDERFUL STAFF!! Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the breakfast area to the bellmen. Special shout out to Raphael at the desk for helping with my luggage that the airline lost! Would highly recommend staying here!

Raffael and Marco were incredibly helpful in getting us to the hotel from our port and getting us to the airport from the hotel after our stay! They were very helpful in guiding us in the city as well. The attached restaurant was delicious and convenient for dinner and breakfast alike. The beds in the rooms were comfortable although the room itself was somewhat warm. The terrace was a nice addition too! The hotel was in the middle of it all and somewhat busy for our taste, but easy to get around. We ended our trip here and that was a great ending to our two week adventure!

The hotel is centrally located in Rome. We walked to the Colosseum (10 minutes), Trevi Fountains (4 Blocks away), and rode to Vatican City but walked back (40 minutes). Very easy to walk around with many restaurant selections available. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet had such a good selection and cost was reasonable. Front desk booked the transportation we requested from the airport and to the cruise port.

An exceptional stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bathroom was impeccably maintained — with great water pressure, which is always a big plus! Breakfast was complete and varied, a perfect start to each day. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly throughout our stay.
