O hotel é excelente. Boa localização, quarto muito confortável e um bom atendimento. O restaurante serve comida muito boa, porém eles cobram uma taxa de 10 euros para o room service, o que não achei legal já que o restaurante ficava ao lado do nosso quarto.

Very nice hotel!! Views are stunning! Room was stunning! Staff were just lovely! A little hard to find at first, but we did it. Would have like to been able to eat a snack by the pool, but that is the only complaint. They will bring you drinks, just not food. Have to go in the restaurant if you want to eat. Otherwise, fantastic!

We loved the staff at Hotel La Vega, they were so kind, helpful and genuinely happy. They made our stay wonderful. Loved the view from our room as well, great AC TOO. The pool was clean and a great place to cool off.

The hotel was in a great location in Capri, not too far from the shops and restaurants but far enough away to get away from the crowds. The staff at the hotel were excellent - they went above & beyond to treat you like a valued guest and ensure a wonderful stay.
Views of the water from the hotel were great!
Wifi worked great.
My only complaint about the property was the bathroom shower had water pressure and temperature issues that made taking a shower a challenging experience.

My husband and I had a great stay at Hotel La Vega. It was in a quieter area but close enough walk to all the action at the center city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was beautiful and very clean. It’s so nice to have that option when traveling in the summer. The wait staff were very friendly and polite. The views are beautiful!

This is not 4 star hotel standards. The air conditioning was not working in the first room they gave us, then they moved us to a much smaller room. Communication as far as transportation from the marina to the hotel was extremely poor. They do not have do not disturb signs for your door, staff go in for turndowns even when you ask them not to. They are far from the city, you need to walk up a steep hill to get to Capri center. They have a strange policy of leaving the room key with the reception when you go out of the hotel. Rooms are outdated. They have free breakfast, very limited, not very appetizing and they had dirty dishes spread all over the area where the food was. Overall, I would not want to go there again. Not recommended. Only reason I give it a two is because the reception staff are very polite and tried to always help.
