La chambre se fut très belle et très bien entretenue qui correspond correctement aux photos prises sur l’hôtel , ainsi que le personnel très bien et très chaleureux, à la fois équipe te propose de l’aide lors des excursions sur la ?ville et en dehors ils sont toujours à l’écoute pour leur clientèle

This hotel was perfect as a launching point while we toward the city! The room was very clean, the hotel was nice and quiet, and we had a great time.

The hotel is not centrally located, but the tram stop for line 4 is conveniently just a two-minute walk from the hotel and provides easy access to the city centre. Walking takes approximately 25–30 minutes. Breakfast is good, with a wide selection of both sweet and savoury options. Although advertised as a four-star hotel, the overall experience felt closer to a three-star standard. The room and bathroom were of reasonable size and generally acceptable; however, they lacked basic practical features such as sufficient hanging hooks and shelves. The décor appears to be a contemporary refresh of an older structure and does not fully meet four-star expectations. There were notable issues with the plumbing: water occasionally came up from the shower drain, accompanied by a very unpleasant smell, which was particularly uncomfortable. Cleaning standards were also suboptimal. During a three-night stay, the floor was never vacuumed, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this category. On a positive note, the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and discreet, which was appreciated.

Ottimo albergo, veramente consigliato. Posizione ottima a meno di 10 minuti a piedi della Stazione di Porta Nuova. Camere curate e pulizia impeccabile. Staff cordiale e colazione fantastica!!

Hotel bom, próximo ao bonde elétrico que leva a vários locais na cidade. Atendentes poderiam ser mais fluentes no inglês para ajudar na comunicação. Ótimo custo benefício. Hotel mais antigo, porém confortável.

Quarto confortável, com uma sacada. Banheiro bem pequeno.

Good hotel, about 20 minutes' walk in a straight line from the Porta Nuova station. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Also relatively quiet. Area around the hotel is okay.

The hotel has a very attentive staff, a very good breakfast and well preserved rooms. Location is a little less than ideal due to need for constant use of transportation for being a little distant from city center.

L'ingresso è molto accogliente, con un arredamento elegante. L'edificio è di 10 piani e sono disponibili due ascensori. All'interno della stanza c'è un telefono la cui luce rimane sempre accesa (ho dovuto staccare la spina). Il bagno era veramente piccolo (il lavandino era basso, mi arrivava alle ginocchia) all'entrata c'è uno scalino, la serratura della porta a scorrimento era bloccata e la luce troppo forte risultava accecante. La doccia era eccellente, all'interno del bagno è disponibile un asciugacapelli e ci sono i bagnoschiuma e lo shampoo. La pulizia mi ha fatto storcere il naso perché sul tavolino ho trovato della granella di zucchero e il segno appiccicoso di un bicchiere (come se qualcuno fosse entrato a far colazione), ovviamente l'ho detto subito in portineria e l'addetto mi ha proposto di cambiare stanza (da me rifiutata per comodità della stanza, ormai mi ero abituato) in ogni caso la mattina successiva hanno pulito la stanza (anche se secondo una mia percezione non hanno passato l'aspirapolvere ma hanno solo rifatto cambiato le lenzuola, cambiato gli asciugamani e pulito il tavolo e il bagno). La colazione non sembra una colazione da albergo a 4 stelle, mi aspettavo di trovare alimenti freschi, le torte e i biscotti sono industriali, stessa cosa la frutta che non è fresca ma è frutta sciroppata, forse le uniche cose fresche oltre alle uova sono i croissant. Per qualche notte a Torino va bene e il mio problema con la pulizia credo che sia stato un caso isolato.
