Hotel Lombardia

Staff were friendly. Close to train station & centre. 3rd floor room with no lift with suitcases wasn’t ideal but manageable. The breakfast area a bit cramped. Our in room safe didn’t work- told the staff but it wasn’t repaired during our 3 night stay. Also no replacement of tea & coffee or water in the room during our stay. Overall good as long as you can handle stairs. Great location for exploring.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado para que procura proximidade à estação de Firenze S.M.N., bem como para a Basilica Santa Maria Del Fiore. As acomodações são ótimas e renovadas, mas por ser um prédio antigo não tem elevador, então, quem tiver algum problema de mobilidade, não é uma boa opção.

Hotel was overall not bad, however, shower leaked horribly whenever in use. Not great bed and overall overpriced.

No concierge 24 hrs need some maintenance smeel bad in the bathroom

The place was beautiful and clean. I also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a selection of things to choose from. I enjoyed how it was conveniently located next to the Firenze train station as well making traveling easy.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Needs a elevator for baggage

They need elevators for baggage everything is nice,safe good location but to tired to be carrying all carry on and bags

Dated. Mattress need to be more comfortable. Tv need to be bigger. Breakfast need a little upgrade. It’s very limited ..it is an average place overall.

Perfect location and pretty nice place to stay with family, staff very nice and breakfast was good

We spent 5 days in Florence, room was perfect for our family while it wasn’t large it was perfectly suited to our needs. Large bathroom and even a seating area made it all that more comfortable. We upgrade to the breakfast package and enjoyed talking and meeting new people, save quite a bit of time being able to get up and eat then get going. Wonderful staff always helpful highly recommend

Property is bit old but close train station, service is good and breakfast is very yummy!

El Hotel no tiene Ascensor.

Our stay was amazing the only little detail that was a bit off for me was have to pay to use the jacuzzi and requiring bath caps for the pool. Which you also had to purchase for 3 Euros.

Soggiorno, conforme alle attese. Descrizione corretta. Posizione comoda. Un consiglio per la struttura, per il futuro: non tutti potrebbero gradire la doccia trasparente, visibile dalla camera.

Otel merkezi tren ve merkeze yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Ulaşımı çok kolay heryere yürüyerek ulaşılıyor. 24 saat resepsiyon yok, dezavantaj sabah 8 akşam 8. Biraz gürültülü sokak. Kahvaltı yetersiz. Bağaj bırakacak güvenli alan yok.

We were traveling with my sister and her husband, and stayed in rooms next to each other. Unfortunately, our stay was far from comfortable. It was extremely hot, and the air-conditioning in our room didn’t work. Despite all of us trying to adjust it, it never blew cool air. To make matters worse, the front desk is not staffed at night, so there was no one to help us. We couldn’t sleep because we were sweating, even after taking showers to try to cool down. It honestly felt like we were in an oven. I tried opening the window, but the street noise—being right on a main road near the train station—made it more unbearable. In the morning, I shared our experience with the woman at the front desk. She didn’t apologize or show much concern—she simply said they would check it out. When we returned a few hours later to pick up our luggage, there was no follow-up or acknowledgment by her. Once home, I contacted Hotels.com, who kindly reached out to the hotel on my behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to offer any gesture or acknowledgment, saying it was “too late,” even though I had raised the issue before checking out. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just a small gesture to show they cared—but they declined. Hotels.com offered a small goodwill credit, which I appreciated, especially since the problem wasn’t their fault. The hotel itself isn’t terrible, but this experience really left me disappointed.

My companion suffered a fall while we were sightseeing. He broke his leg. Unfortunately this hotel does not have an elevator on premises. We had to find a hotel with elevator. Added expense of $1,500. No elevator and little assistance with luggage.
