Our stay at Hotel Mediterraneo was ‘outstanding’ from the moment we stepped into the entrance. We were greeted by smiley, kind and courteous staff who offered us a seat and a glass of Prosecco as we checked in. The room was perfect: clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was just perfect - the staff; room; food - breakfast was amazing; pool; the view from the rooftop bar and the the restaurant; the free shuttle to and from Sorrento each half hour throughout the day. We will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you.

Ett minus denna gången var att de tillät barn sparka fotboll längs poolkanten. Inte vad man förväntade sig på detta 5⭐️ hotell. Detta är i mina ögon inget småbarnshotell för det finns inget ställe att springa omkring. Stannat 4 nätter båda gångerna. Gratis tillgång till beachen med parasoll och sängar.Se tidigare recension 2022.

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé ! La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, avec une climatisation efficace, ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé le balcon, parfait pour profiter du calme en fin de journée. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésiter.

The staff from check in to check out was friendly helpful and on top of all of your needs. They provide a complimentary shuttle to the main area where you can find shops and restaurants. The property it’s self it in a perfect location and the view from their restaurants are breath taking. I highly recommend staying here while in Sorrento!

Top notch hotel. Service was excellent. Concierge was excellent. Pool was great. Elevator access to beach club. I have no complaints. Would return. They have a shuttle to town center which is nice. Taxis are quite costly 20-30 Euros for 1 mile trip to the Marina. 350 Euro for round trip for dinner in Positano. 180 euro transfer to Naples. You can easily take ferries all day to Capri and Positano. Sorrento is flat and easy to walk. If you choose to stay in Positano over Sorrento good luck with the endless stairs and crowds of people.

One of the best service experiences I’ve had, definitely five star service. Having paid 100+ euros for beach clubs in the region prior to staying here, the included lounge chair and umbrella in a nice area at the beach club accessed via elevator from the lobby was great! Yoga class was lovely and so was the spa experience. Would definitely return next time I’m in the region and highly recommend.

What a great experience this was. From the sit-down check-in with a glass of Prosecco, to the delicious restaurant by the pool, the breath taking rooftop terrace and the private elevator down to the beach. An unforgettable experience. We noticed that all the staff was always smiling and extremely friendly and helpful. So far, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

One of the best service experiences I’ve had, definitely five star service. Having paid 100+ euros for beach clubs in the region prior to staying here, the included lounge chair and umbrella in a nice area at the beach club accessed via elevator from the lobby was great! Yoga class was lovely and so was the spa experience. Would definitely return next time I’m in the region and highly recommend.

What a great experience this was. From the sit-down check-in with a glass of Prosecco, to the delicious restaurant by the pool, the breath taking rooftop terrace and the private elevator down to the beach. An unforgettable experience. We noticed that all the staff was always smiling and extremely friendly and helpful. So far, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
