Excellent breakfast and staff who are always taking care to fill in the gaps. Excellent coffee. Hotel restaurant with reasonable prices and delicious food and good service. This small southern Italian resort is affordable luxury at its best, offering far more than its modest rates would suggest. What distinguishes it most is the service. We were astonished to find the attentiveness here approaching the rarefied standard of the Mandarin Oriental NY. The warmth of the Southern Italian culture certainly dominates, with the staff truly go out of their way to provide as close to a luxury experience as possible—making every guest feel genuinely cared for, most especially the children. Our family of four fit very comfortably in a spacious suite, modernly decorated with minimalist restraint. Minor signs of age were more than offset by thoughtful touches—such as walk-in closets, multiple tellies, spacious showers, and an oversized whirlpool bathtub, enjoyed by the entire family. The grounds are elegantly kept, with shockingly lush green lawns, a beautifully designed pool with poolside service from a poolside bar serving consistently excellent drinks and dishes. The dishes at the on-site restaurants were superb and well-ranged, with options to satiate every taste. Facilities such as the playground and tennis courts are more visibly dated, yet given the price point, such details are forgivable. In all, this property delivers a rare combination: approachable pricing with service and atmosphere that evoke far more luxurious resorts. It is a place where families can relax without compromise, and one we would gladly recommend—and return to—with enthusiasm.

Adjusting the thermostat was not intuitive. ….. The shower was better than other hotels.

I loved the facilities, the breakfast and food options, great comfort, shuttle works really well, really good value for money. Only issue we had it was smoke smell from the previous guest that was super strong, but the staff was brilliant and made all the effort to helps us out during the first night and manage to move us to a different room. We had such a great experience it was the most amazing holiday break for me and my husband without the kids.

The front desk staff was wonderful! Very helpful, informative, and personable. The cleaning staff was also very pleasant and kept everything clean and fresh. The complimentary breakfast was the best that we experienced of all the places that we stayed during our two weeks discovering Italy. Unfortunately, our evening dining experience was the worst we experienced in all of the places that we stayed in Italy. We were offered a 9:20 reservation, which worked perfectly since we arrived in the evening and wanted time to freshen up for our special night. This was intended to be a very special and romantic dinner. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and our request for a table with some privacy was accommodated with grace. However, our wonderful dinner experience ended there. The maître de approached out table, just after we placed our dinner order, to inform us that the kitchen would be closing at 10:00 PM. The service from the staff felt rushed. Our food arrived cold. The maître de sent his staff home, turned off the lights and left us there. No inquiry as to whether we needed anything, would we like coffee or dessert. Previous experiences at other restaurants throughout Italy were quite the opposite. We enjoyed the relaxed social culture surrounding meals prior to this very disappointing experience. My rating of the staff as "average" was chosen because the other hotel staff were "excellent" , the dining staff "terrible".

The hotel, the staff and service were all lovely, no complaints. Only slight issue was the location. A shuttle to and from Salerno is provided free each day, however there are no shops nearby that are easy to get to. Would recommend stocking up on anything you need before you arrive so you don’t have to travel into Salerno for any basics.

Very friendly front desk staff! We also ate dinner on site at the restaurant and the food and service was great. Breakfast buffet (included in our stay) was very nice and had lots of food choices. We would stay again.

The all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were very patient with my very poor Italian which I really appreciated. The food was amazing, the cleaner went into my room while I was at breakfast and cleaned everything by the time I came back. I’ll definitely recommend and also go back again!

Das schöne Hotel ist ideal um zu entspannen und am Strand spazieren zu gehen. Der Hotel Transfer nach Salerno ist super, es wäre schön, wenn der letzte Transfer zurück etwas später als 20 Uhr möglich wäre damit man auch mal in der Stadt abends essen kann.

Overall, it's a nice place. The food is decent, and the customer service is good. You must walk out of the resort and cross the street to access the beach area, which was also lovely. The facilities are somewhat limited; there's not much to do, but the pool area is beautiful and decent-sized. You'll need a car or Uber/taxi to get around, though. There is nothing to see within walking distance.

The hotel is a nice place to stay with its own beach. Employees from front of house to cleaning, the drivers and restaurant/bar staff was great. Even enough sunloungers for everyone. Breakfast was superb and suitably replenished. Hotel collection from airport free and whilst delayed, we were unable to confirm timings due to delays again flying with British Airways. But hotel did a really good job accommodating us. Thank you. I went diving in Agropoli - do contact Allessandro of Sub Mania - so easy to arrange - and my daughter visited Pompeii. Italian trains cheap and on time! Couple of negatives - the hotel is in the sticks, the cover charge a rip off when 2 of the party were young children, no real other dining options close by - although do go to il Primavera - 10 minute walk with good reasonably priced food and very friendly staff. Overall much praise.

Lovely stay, worth asking for a room not on the minus floor. Also, room doesn't have a kettle (a minor thing for us Brits!) Half board means you can choose two dishes per person - they are huge so we split a starter and a pudding. Pool and beach both great, walk down the beach and there are lots of cafes etc. Pool bar expensive (to be expected). The shuttle is great, straight to Salerno and free. Do the boat trip to Amalfi, stunning coast and Amalfi is glorious. Breakfast is nice, the chocolate tart was the winner! There is a crepe/pancake/waffles stand, fresh fruit, meats and cheese, pizza, hot food, someone making you any coffee you want (or tea) and juices. Hotel communicated quickly via WhatsApp which made it easy.

Really good small hotel. Excellent food, and even better service at the restaurant and beach bar. Private beach is excellent and very close to airport so easy for travel

Was a place to sleep, would’ve been better if the pool was heated as we went in off season but still had activities and was a great place to move along the Amalfi coast from!
