Séjour très agréable, avec un personnel top souriant, à l' écoute. Les chambres sont agréables donnant sur la piscine. L hôtel a beaucoup de charme, petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec une vu sur la mer magnifique. Je recommande vivement.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in beautiful surroundings. Free parking directly outside the hotel and was easy to find a space. Walkable down to the harbour (20mins) but they also put on a shuttle bus that we didn’t use as it is back uphill. Lovely views from the restaurant and pool area. Our room was directly onto the pool. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms particularly the bathrooms could do with an update but they were very clean and had everything we needed and the outside of the hotel and facilities made up for this. Highly recommend

Very nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff (and I can whole heartedly recommend their SPA/massage facilities). The breakfast left nothing to be desired, but lunch and dinner can be improved on. The pool area is maybe a bit small, but when you have the mediterranean at a walking distance, who cares

Charming hotel, however some maintenance should be prioritised. The aircon did not work in all parts of our room. We told the technician who looked at it and said it would work within 10 minutes….we waited more than 10 minutes, still not working, still told to wait…of course it was a lie. It did not work and we had to split our family in different rooms 4 hours later just before we went to bed… However the young staff was serviceminded, and plus for the great sailboat they had for a trip to La Maddalena area.

Vi synes ikke dette hotellet var "valuta for pengene". Rommet var lite, og hotellet var 15 minutter å gå fra byen og fra stranden. Det var riktignok shuttlebus til stranden, men den gikk fire ganger om dagen og man måtte bestille plass i forkant. Bassengområdet var rent og fint. Rommene var også rene og frokosten var veldig god. Vi betalte over kr 3000 for en natt, men hadde forventet mer luksusfølelse på rommet for denne prisen. Hadde rommet kostet kr 2000 hadde vi gitt hotellet mye høyere score. Oppsummert: "Not value for money"

This property is even better in person. The rooms are clean and AC worked unlike other hotels in Italy. The included breakfast was amazing, so many options and delicious. There is a nice view where you can enjoy a drink out on the patio near the pool. We will be back!

Lovely hotel with staff who were very helpful. Close enough to walk conveniently to the centre of Palau (10-20 mins) although up a hill. The room was nice and the amenities clean and plentiful, although we did notice the water coming from the taps was not clear - it was a slightly yellowish colour.
