Deliziosa struttura immersa nel cuore del centro storico, tra i tetti del XIII secolo, un hotel con locale molto bello con calda sala interna per la colazione con vetrate che danno sul locale estivo (ho trovato la scelta del design carinissimo). Lo staff è stato gentile ed è intervenuto immediatamente risolvendo un problemino di un rumore esterno. La stanza era una tripla comoda, ben riscaldata ed attrezzata. La finestra affacciava su una vietta dove potevo vedere un edificio antico. Mi è piaciuto.

Amazing dinner, fantastic local wine. Rooms are very nice, clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Located within a few steps from the center, can't beat the location.

Bella posizione vicinissima al centro. Camera abbastanza spaziosa, peccato per il bagno trapezoidale che lasciava poco spazio per le gambe sul wc. La federa di un cuscino aveva due macchie, ma essendocene due a posto letto semplicemente non lo abbiamo usato. Colazione in un giardino verandato molto bello. Ben fornita sul salato, decisamente migliorabile sul dolce. Servizio buono e personale molto gentile.

In the perfect location, and obviously recently renovated, as everything is in excellent condition. The room was a little bit on the small side, but not excessively so, and was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was above average, and with lots of choices.

We had a very wonderful stay at Hotel Priori Secret Garden! The property is in such great location right in the center to where the action is. It’s an easy walk to places we wanted to visit in Perugia. Breakfast was excellent and had a vairiety of healthy options. The room was spacious, beds confortable and the staff were all attentive, friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely return and stay here again!

Great location, very comfortable room, many breakfast options, really appreciated having a view. My only complaint is that our internet service was very slow. I guessing it is because we were one of the furthest rooms from the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and if you are lucky enough to stay there, I recommend the Osteria a Priori for dinner. It is across from the hotel and the food is delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Priori. Such a unique area. Feels like you’ve stepped back in time. Our window opened up to one of the walkways, also faced the side of an old church. Breakfast was great, the staff was welcoming and helpful with our questions regarding the area. Would definitely stay again. Parking is available, expensive but convenient.

Beautifully maintained and excellently located in the medieval heart of Perugia. Modern yet tasteful, staff are really helpful, breakfast excellent and downstairs bar/restaurant very good too. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Perugia 😊

Superb location ,few minutes from the main square ,room was cozy for one person ,small for two ,try to get a room offvthe main street which is noisy at night and one that looks onto their terrace .

The parking was easy to find but no way to find entrance to hotel. No signs or anything. Staff was not very friendly and didn’t smile at all. I felt a little unwelcome when we arrived. But the room and stay was nice.
