An absolute beautiful small hotel to stay in. Very organised and atmosphere is very charming and relaxing. You can have breakfast by the pool and view the sea with a cool breeze and gentle music playing in the background. Pool is open 9am to 7pm with one hour closure between 1:30-2:30pm Again gentle music playing in the background making very settled and relaxing atmosphere. Bar and lifeguard are in place too. The private beach that is connected to the hotel was so safe and organised. There is a secure entry and reception to it. Non hotel members can use the beach but have to pay a fee. Hotel members can access beach for free but need to pay for umbrella and beds if needed(€15). Beach also provides locked private changing rooms. As well as there is a lifeguard and security in place. There is a small play ground for kids to play in and a Volleyball game in the area for teenagers and older. There is also a good reasonable priced cafeteria at the beach. Beautiful sandy beach one can’t get enough of and is mostly visited by families. The neighbouring private beach Saracen have louder cheerful music and beach activities which adds to the fun. Local train station is Capaci and is about 15 min walk, but train frequency to Palermo central is every hour and takes about 45 minutes or half an hour to plazzo Reale-Orleans, so it is advisable to plan accordingly, otherwise a lot of time can be wasted waiting for the trains and getting to places. I highly recommend this hidden gem

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre tres bien placée au 2eme etage vue mer et piscine. Heureusement car les autres vues sont plutôt decevantes..le petit dejeuner equivaut a un *** pas plus que se soit sur les produits ou le service.

Kamer was ruim, badkamer erg klein, maar douche was heerlijk. Kamers zouden wel een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed met genoeg keuze. Het strand lag aan de overkant van een smalle weg, bedjes + parasol was gratis voor hotelgasten. Goede voorziening om te eten en drinken op het strand. Het dorpje kon je via weg langs het strand beteiken ongeveer 25 mijniten lopen. Het Dorpje was smerig door straatvuil en had enkele eetgelegenheden.

Family of 5. Had an enjoyable week! Breakfast - good variety for the size of the hotel. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Bedroom is clean& basic. Could do with a few additional comforts ie, another plug socket, full length mirror, tea/coffee making facilities, an evening menu as the restaurant was lovely. Maybe some local tourist information -ask reception for a discount voucher for the beach beds & parasol etc Train station info and alike. Would book again.

It might have been a 4 star once.. Its s time capsule. But very nice staff. Not so much engelsk there. Hear all sounds from rooms over and besides one. Even toilet flushed. Nice pool, and location. Breakfast, very simple.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was very attentive and professional, always making sure everything was perfect. The hotel was spotless, with great attention to cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. I also really enjoyed the restaurant — the food was delicious and beautifully presented. It was in a nice convenient location the pool was nice. The only think I didn’t like is that we had to pay to get beach chairs & umbrella. A tip for people to bring if they stay here bring your beach towel they don’t have pool & beach towels.

Heel leuk hotel dichtbij het strand. Wel wat gedateerd, maar goed onderhouden. Hier en daar een klein mankementje, zo zijn de douchekoppen echt aan vervanging toe. Maar voor de rest echt geen klagen. Zeer goede ijskoude airco. We konden ook een half uur eerder ontbijten ivm onze vluchttijden, top!

Alles was prima. Het vakantieseizoen was duidelijk over maar het weer was nog lekker. De mw. bij de receptie deed alles om te zorgen dat wij comfortabel stoelen voor het strand konden krijgen!! We hebben in het restaurant gegeten. De pasta-pistache met garnalen was heerlijk!! De kamer was prima, ontbijt was voldoende. We moesten vroeg vertrekken dus niet veel van het ontbijt kunnen beoordelen. De restaurant medewerker was een beetje chagrijnig maar dat kan ook aan onze haast in de ochtend liggen. De mw. bij de receptie vertelde dat ontbijt begint om 7 uur. Misschien had ze zich niet gerealiseerd dat op zaterdag en zondag ontbijt begint om 7.30. We moesten dan al richting vliegveld. Het hotel is ideaal voor een vroege vlucht vanuit Palermo!!

I would never stay here again! Stayed for one night (8 hours) before an early morning flight. Checked in at 19:00 for a 4 person quad family room and left at 4am the next morning. They said the reservation was for 2 people. I had messaged the hotel about upgrading to a sea view quad room and told them we would have 4 people. They said it would be an extra 30 Euros for the sea view but no mention of an extra person charge. The hotel's and Expedia's websites site both have the same price if you are 2 or 4 people. They charged us an extra 40Euro at check-in for 2 more. I should have fought it more or looked into it better before paying but we just wanted to grab dinner and go to bed since we had to get up at 3:30. The room was set up for 4 people so they obviously received my message. Then only to get to the room to find one of the bed spreads was dirty and the wall was black and dirty next the bed. We went to bed around 23:00 only to be woken up around 1:30am to blasting music from a club near by. It was so loud! We thought at first it was a room above us. Definitely made it easier to wake up at 3:30. Our 25 & 27 year old kids both live in downtown Chicago so are used to a lot of noise but this was intolerable. We had a wonderful trip to Sicily but this was a very bad way to end it. Definitely look elsewhere. I would never stay here again!

An absolute beautiful small hotel to stay in. Very organised and atmosphere is very charming and relaxing. You can have breakfast by the pool and view the sea with a cool breeze and gentle music playing in the background. Pool is open 9am to 7pm with one hour closure between 1:30-2:30pm Again gentle music playing in the background making very settled and relaxing atmosphere. Bar and lifeguard are in place too. The private beach that is connected to the hotel was so safe and organised. There is a secure entry and reception to it. Non hotel members can use the beach but have to pay a fee. Hotel members can access beach for free but need to pay for umbrella and beds if needed(€15). Beach also provides locked private changing rooms. As well as there is a lifeguard and security in place. There is a small play ground for kids to play in and a Volleyball game in the area for teenagers and older. There is also a good reasonable priced cafeteria at the beach. Beautiful sandy beach one can’t get enough of and is mostly visited by families. The neighbouring private beach Saracen have louder cheerful music and beach activities which adds to the fun. Local train station is Capaci and is about 15 min walk, but train frequency to Palermo central is every hour and takes about 45 minutes or half an hour to plazzo Reale-Orleans, so it is advisable to plan accordingly, otherwise a lot of time can be wasted waiting for the trains and getting to places. Family of 5. Had an enjoyable week! Breakfast - good variety for the size of the hotel. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Bedroom is clean& basic. Could do with a few additional comforts ie, another plug socket, full length mirror, tea/coffee making facilities, an evening menu as the restaurant was lovely. Maybe some local tourist information -ask reception for a discount voucher for the beach beds & parasol etc Train station info and alike. Would book again.

I was traveling alone and the owner treated me VERY poor and little respect! I felt like a criminal for being alone as a woman. He also mistreated his staff - very distressful!

It might have been a 4 star once.. Its s time capsule. But very nice staff. Not so much engelsk there. Hear all sounds from rooms over and besides one. Even toilet flushed. Nice pool, and location. Breakfast, very simple.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was very attentive and professional, always making sure everything was perfect. The hotel was spotless, with great attention to cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. I also really enjoyed the restaurant — the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

It was in a nice convenient location the pool was nice. The only think I didn’t like is that we had to pay to get beach chairs & umbrella. A tip for people to bring if they stay here bring your beach towel they don’t have pool & beach towels.

Heel leuk hotel dichtbij het strand. Wel wat gedateerd, maar goed onderhouden. Hier en daar een klein mankementje, zo zijn de douchekoppen echt aan vervanging toe. Maar voor de rest echt geen klagen. Zeer goede ijskoude airco. We konden ook een half uur eerder ontbijten ivm onze vluchttijden, top!

God pool område. Defekt køleskab som ikke blev ordnet. Det var meget lydt aften og nat. Generende at katte kunne komme ind i morgenmadsrestauranten og tigge, når man sidder og spiser.

Alles was prima. Het vakantieseizoen was duidelijk over maar het weer was nog lekker. De mw. bij de receptie deed alles om te zorgen dat wij comfortabel stoelen voor het strand konden krijgen!! We hebben in het restaurant gegeten. De pasta-pistache met garnalen was heerlijk!! De kamer was prima, ontbijt was voldoende. We moesten vroeg vertrekken dus niet veel van het ontbijt kunnen beoordelen. De restaurant medewerker was een beetje chagrijnig maar dat kan ook aan onze haast in de ochtend liggen. De mw. bij de receptie vertelde dat ontbijt begint om 7 uur. Misschien had ze zich niet gerealiseerd dat op zaterdag en zondag ontbijt begint om 7.30. We moesten dan al richting vliegveld. Het hotel is ideaal voor een vroege vlucht vanuit Palermo!!

I would never stay here again! Stayed for one night (8 hours) before an early morning flight. Checked in at 19:00 for a 4 person quad family room and left at 4am the next morning. They said the reservation was for 2 people. I had messaged the hotel about upgrading to a sea view quad room and told them we would have 4 people. They said it would be an extra 30 Euros for the sea view but no mention of an extra person charge. The hotel's and Expedia's websites site both have the same price if you are 2 or 4 people. They charged us an extra 40Euro at check-in for 2 more. I should have fought it more or looked into it better before paying but we just wanted to grab dinner and go to bed since we had to get up at 3:30. The room was set up for 4 people so they obviously received my message. Then only to get to the room to find one of the bed spreads was dirty and the wall was black and dirty next the bed. We went to bed around 23:00 only to be woken up around 1:30am to blasting music from a club near by. It was so loud! We thought at first it was a room above us. Definitely made it easier to wake up at 3:30. Our 25 & 27 year old kids both live in downtown Chicago so are used to a lot of noise but this was intolerable. We had a wonderful trip to Sicily but this was a very bad way to end it. Definitely look elsewhere. I would never stay here again!
