Garten mit Pool war o.k.
Zimmer war im 2. Stock. Es ist kein Lift vorhanden. Wir mussten unser Gepäck selber hoch tragen. Nicht für Leute mit Beeinträchtigung geeignet. In der Hotelbeschreibung und Reservationsbestätigung wird dies nicht erwähnt. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, überall Staub. Zahnglas wurde schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer gebucht. Unser Zimmer war sicher nicht von dieser Kategorie. Bad war viel zu klein. Türe zur Dusche kann man nur halb öffnen da das WC im Weg ist. 2 P im Badezimmer nicht möglich. Der Airconditioner lässt sich nur von der Rezeption aus regulieren. Jedes Mal anrufen wenn man etwas ändern will. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist beschränkt.
Das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel und der Preis für die Übernachtung nicht gerechtfertigt.

L’hotel est en centre ville dans une rue pentue. L'intérieur est soigné et charmant.
Nous avons choisi la chambre 1, en RDC. Pas de fenêtre et faible aération. C’etait notre choix mais nous ne la recommandons pas.

Hormis notre choix de chambre l’établissement est d’un bon niveau et propose un rapport Q/P correct pour un cadre verdurant, avec piscine, très agréable.

Marvellous (and very interesting) building and very helpful staff, especially with recommendations for evening dining, Ragusa is blessed with a more than ample supply of good restaurants.The downsides were that the breakfast buffet wasn't replenished and the streetparking is a bit of a problem.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff but terribly disappointed with our room, I rang the property after making the initial booking to upgrade to a balcony room with a view, we were given a room looking out onto a high wall, dark and dingy! plus the airconditiong didn't work for 4 days on the trot, it was 36 degrees, I asked for a discount by the hotel, I received a meal which consisted of a burger and chips and a bottle of wine, was then told I needed to contact Expedia if I required a further discount which I shall be doing, so overall not great!

Puedes aparcar en la misma calle del hotel con una tarjeta que te dan en el mismo hotel. Ojo, no hay ascensor, por si tienes dificultades de movilidad.

Beautiful little hotel 10-15 walk to center of the old quarter of the city. We had a suite with a mezzanine really awesome. Garden and pool area a definite plus. Breakfast included was excellent and Staff was superbe. Highly recommend it

This place is a hidden gem in Ragusa. Bit hard to find because it’s hidden in a very small and steep one way street. The interior and the room is simply amazing once you step inside. All of the staff we met were simply exceptional and kind. The garden and pool area is superb and very quiet. We will come again.

Nice hotel. I choose it because the location seemed central and because it had a swimming pool. Boy was I glad, there was a terrible heatwave when I was there, I was so glad there was a pool. Very difficult to do some siteseeing during the day because of the heat. When I went to the coast, it was bearable. Ragusa Ibla had a nicer atmosphere than Ragusa Superiore. The nice walk down to Ibla didn't take too long, but getting back on foot was unfeasable in the heat. I took a taxi back (10 eur) or the municipal bus. The hotel was near to the center of Ragusa Superiore but there was not a lot to see apart from the nice duomo, some restaurants & bars & shops.
Hotel staff was very kind, apart from one person (fake). Breakfast was good. Room ok, airconditioning was rather loud and not very cold, bathroom rather small but ok. The hotel building is beautiful and so is the garden with the swimming pool. By the way, there is a very nice bar to enjoy aperitivo and watching the sunset very near to the hotel at the beginning of the steps. Overall I didn't regret my choice.
