Best staff ever! Friendly and knowlegable with a wonderful dinner recommendation just around the corner from the hotel. We had a truly Florentine dinner and met a roomful of people who gathered together with us for the next nights' dinner as well. 24 hour available in-person staffing was special.

Entry into the property can b tricky with not a lot of initial information for entry and end exit of the building. A mall old lift did the job. The actual foyer/entry of the building was not well maintained, but not part of the hotel's responsibility. The hotel lobby was on the 3rd floor with the dining area. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was typical of size in Italy, but it worked. As did the small attached bathroom. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it met our needs for convenience to the majority of sights in the city. Location can't be beat, just a few steps down the street to the Duomo, lots of shopping nearby and plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was varied over the 3 days and adequate to start your day. The beds and pillows were firm, The room was quiet, despite its central locarion. We would stay here again for the location.

Hotel muy malo, olor malo en mi habitación, ascensor parecía filme de terror , desayuno pobre !!! La única cosa buena fue las personas Honestamente hice una reserva equivocada porque hay otros hoteles mucho mejores en la área No recomendo!!!!

We booked the Jr suite and couldn't be happier with the room. The view from the terrace was amazing. Only recommended for people that can handle stairs, but if you can the payoff is more than worth it. We would definitely stay again when visiting Florence.

The property is perfectly situated right in the heart of Florence. Because of our status with Expedia we were upgraded to a Suite with a private rooftop terrace with a view of the Duomo and surrounding area. It was amazing. The staff was super friendly. The included breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean.
