Great location, just a 15 minute walk into the centre or they provide a shuttle service during the evening that can take you from the hotel to the centre. The room was lovely with complimentary bottle of bubbles and water in the fridge. The staff were so friendly and very welcoming, particularly Nic on reception & breakfast. They couldnt have done more for for you, highly recommend and would stay again

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s located about a 20-minute walk from the town centre, but they also provide a convenient shuttle service in the evenings from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights is the rooftop area – it’s beautifully set up with sun loungers and offers a fabulous view over the town, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice to suit different tastes. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay

No light fixture in bathroom. TV reception did not work even after promise to have it fixed. On our last two days there was no hot water for my shower. When we booked we were told on site parking but when we arrived we were sent next door to another property at $15 euros/day. The pool area smelled of gas so we couldn’t use it.The staff were very good but had no authority to help. They called the manager about my issues and he only refunded us 25 euros. In travelling over 40 years for business and pleasure this was the worst property we have ever stayed at. Again not the fault of staff. I really would like to have my money back at least for the 2 days where I could not have a shower. Overall Hotels.com should consider delisting this property.

The hotel is in a good location. A 20 minute walk into Sorrento with an evening shuttle bus running back and forth. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Viktoriya on reception was brilliant. Always happy to help with a smile!

The hotel is lovely. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast. Shuttle bus that runs from 7pm-11pm to the square is very useful as taxis are expensive. Lovely local restaurant 5 minute walk away. Overall a lovely stay thank you.

The stay was good until I had my pre booked taxi not show up at 4am so I could go back to Naples airport. I needed some assistance with taxi companies in the local area and reception wasn’t helpful at all. They couldn’t even suggest a company to use so I had to sort it myself.

The staff recommended various activities, and we quickly booked a boat tour to Capri, which was incredibly convenient as we were picked up directly from the hotel and dropped off at the end of the day. The hotel itself was exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxed and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. A localização é um ponto que tem que ser medido. Chegando na cidade de trem você vai gastar €25 de táxi da estação e mais 25 para voltar Fará isso as acomodações boas o café da manhã excelente e o serviço de transfer à noite ajuda bastante

A localização é um ponto que tem que ser medido. Chegando na cidade de trem você vai gastar €25 de táxi da estação e mais 25 para voltar Fará isso as acomodações boas o café da manhã excelente e o serviço de transfer à noite ajuda bastante
