Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questa struttura e siamo stati meravigliosamente bene: un'oasi di pace immersa nelle verdi colline Umbre, ideale per staccare la spina. Camera, ristorante ottimi e personale gentile e professionale. Di giorno visitavamo i meravigliosi borghi medievali dell Umbria e nel tardo pomeriggio rientravamo nella nostra meravigliosa oasi per gustare un aperitivo e per la cena (piatti con prodotti di produzione della tenuta). Assolutamente consigliato!

This is a unique property in the middle of a National Park. Yes the road leading up to it is winding and narrow and rutted but again it is in the middle of nowhere and we have driven roads like this all over Italy to get to beautiful places.
Some of the outdoor areas are not as manicured as I’m sure they once were but overall the surrounding scenery more than makes up for it.
The restaurant has a limited excellent menu and the team headed by Simone is very welcoming. Also enjoyed his choice of music!
We found the room very clean with beautiful views from the outdoor space although the bathroom could use a refresh as quite dated. The sunsets were beautiful followed by an amazing night sky.
If you love to be removed from the hustle and bustle, eat good food and drink great wine have incredible views but be close enough to Italian towns full of incredible history then you should stay here.

This hotel is very far from Assisi’s train station, and you have to pay €60 to get there. But it is very nice. Between the mountains.

Wunderschönes, liebevoll restauriertes Bijou von Hotel. Ich liebe die Mischung aus gepflegtem Altertum und modern. Zwei Pools, einer direkt am Hotel, der zweite sozusagen „in den Wolken“. Traumhaft das ganze Ambiente und grade weil es so abgelegen ist, ein ifealer Ort zum „runter fahren“.

The site is beautiful. It is hard to get to, but the views are amazing. The breakfast was excellent. The pool areas very well tended and lovely. Now the bad: although the listing states they have air conditioning, they don’t. The room we stayed at ( an upgraded unit) was a sauna by the afternoon and the only relief was a noisy fan going all night moving hot air around the room. The beds are very uncomfortable as well; incredibly hard. And the condition of the room, although generally fine, needed some upkeep. If the room had air conditioning (as listed), all else could be overlooked. But as it was it was close to impossible to sleep comfortably.

Not easy to get to, but worth the effort. Spectacular views and great hiking trails. The restaurant was wonderful and the wine list offered some delicious Umbrian wines, including Sagrantino. The breakfast buffet was over the top.

Lindo hotel dentro de una reserva con preciosas vistas. El restaurante tiene muy buenas opciones para la cena y el servicio es estupendo.
Lo único malo del hotel es el camino desde Assisi por el cerro y con muchas curvas y que demora por lo menos 20-25 minutos para llegar a Assisi. (El 1er día viajamos a sugestión del waze por un camino no asfaltado y bastante no simpático )

Beautiful gem of a place hidden in the hills of Assisi. The drive up to the property is a 20 minute ride of narrow switchbacks around the hills, but once there, the service was superb and accommodations were superb. Forgiven is the man on duty who asked my wife for her passport later on day 1 when she was outside our room, The breakfast was lovely, the views breathtaking and the hike through the farm on the same grounds where you can view the free range pigs, cattle and donkeys was a nice diversion. Thanks for the great experience!

Splendido casale immerso nel verde. Una strada non proprio agevole per arrivare in loco( sopratutto per una donna in stato di gravidanza come me !)Più di 600 ettari di natura dove si può ammirare l'allevamento allo stato brado di vari animali ( per uso alimentare) , sbizzarrirsi tra vari percorsi di trekking e 2 splendide piscine( migliorabili dal punto di vista della manutenzione! La " fossa del lupo" aveva molte piastrelle staccate e diverse chiazze di alghe. Mentre la piscina in hotel non era molto curata, (ombrelloni assolutamente da cambiare!)
Le camere sono spaziose e curate nei minimi dettagli , unica pecca, mancano le prese della corrente! Noi non ne avevamo né in bagno né accanto al letto! Vasca idromassaggio .. vecchiotta.
La chicca della struttura secondo me é stata il ristorante: Meravigliosa vista, personale splendido attento alle esigenze di ogni cliente e cibo divino! Prezzi un po' sopra la media ma ne vale veramente la pena.
Nel complesso una struttura meravigliosa a cui basterebbe veramente poco per essere al top!

Maar ... het ligt aan het eind van een hobbelige, 13 kilometer lange, smalle, steile weg boven Assisi - elke keer ruim 25 minuten.. Het hotel leek de glorietijd voorbij (lege bloembakken, onkruid in de perken, oud sanitair, slecht onderhouden zwembad, súper gehorige kamers, maar fantastische bedden en wel heerlijk gegeten.

L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone rurale qui peut être difficile d'accès selon les conditions météo (piste de montagne non goudronnée et très sinueuse).
A noter que son emplacement est éloigné de tout (il faut compter au moins 50' de route pour arriver à Assises). Cette zone montagneuse n'est presque pas couverte par le 3G/4G (important si on utilise son smartphone comme navigateur pour arriver).
D'une façon générale le niveau de cet hôtel est de catégorie moyenne. Les 4 étoiles affichées sont surévaluées par-rapport aux services réels.

Personale gentilissimo, camera fantastica, paesaggi mozzafiato, tranquillità incredibile spezzata solo fal cinguettio degli uccellini. E poi che dire del livello del ristorante? Davvero da gourmet... alto livello sia nel personale sia nella qualità del cibo. Aggiunfo una chicca poco pubblicizzata ma davvero fantastica: a circa un km dall'albergo in alto in cima alla montagna hanno una struttura con piscina giardino e una vista incredibile specie al tramonto da cartolina. Veramente tutto bellissimo. io e mia moglie ne siamo entusiasti.
