Hotel Palazzetto Madonna

Nous avons passez une nuit à cet hotel et tout était parfait la chambre magnifique et très confortable le petit déjeuner est plus que complet et l'emplacement idéal à proximite de plusieurs bons restaurant. Je le recommande sans hésiter malgré le prix un peu élevé

Très joli hôtel avec un personnel très sympathique et un très bon petit déjeuner. La chambre était propre.

Luxus i Venedig med god morgenmad

Günstig gelegen in der Nähe zur Vaporetto-Station Sa Toma und trotz einiger Lokale in der Gegend nicht übermäßig laut. Frühstück war auch OK.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of food and they had gluten and dairy free options for me. Grabbed a gondola ride right outside the hotel. Not too far to walk to St Mark's, etc.

Take the water bus to S.Toma and then go straight down the path first left and then right and you will find the hotel sitting at the side of the canal. The sign isn’t too obvious but once inside the entrance is beautiful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We were in room 111 which is on the first floor and through an imposing room with mirrors and a fantastic table with fancy chairs. The outlook from the room is a brick wall but the room is very impressive with a chandelier over the bed(stunning) only complaint would be that the room was quite hot (we went in April) but opening the window helped to cool it down. Breakfast was freshly made daily with lots to choose from like toast, bacon, eggs, croissants, ham, cheese, yoghurts and fruit. Something for everyone to enjoy and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Staff were great, breakfast ok, but the room wasn’t great. No working aircon and on the ground floor if we had the windows open it was very noisy and mosquitoes came in. The room was also near the breakfast area so there was a lot of clattering sounds from very early. Bathroom needed some TLC. Location, hard to beat. I think if we had had a better room it would have been a very different stay.

The hotel was centrally located, the room and staff were amazing. They even helped us book tour tickets and gave perfect dining recommendations.

Great selection for breakfast. Wonderful hotel, lovely staff. Definitely come here again.

There was no actual bar nice idea having tv in mirror but couldn’t see it when lights were on also couldn’t use remote from the bed to far away Could do with more milk for coffee machine

Terrible noise everyday

The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great and we will come again.

The staff is friendly, but overall a bad experience. Our room was immediately next to the breakfast area, + starting around 7:30am we could clearly hear the noise from the dining room—voices and activity—making it difficult to sleep. The room was also quite dark, + the WiFi was unreliable + at times unusable. The most serious issue, however, occurred on our final night. While my daughter was showering, she leaned down to pick up shampoo bottles, slipped slightly, and lightly contacted the wall. The tiled wall gave way, creating a large depression. This happened during normal use—no excessive force. The wall appeared to be thin sheetrock with tile. We reported it that night, and staff documented it next morning. At check-out, however, we were told we owed €1500 due to lost bookings while repairs were made. The reasoning—that this had “never happened before”—was nonsense. A shower wall should not collapse from ordinary contact--whether it was the first or 50th time it had happened. The demand felt arbitrary and was presented under pressure at check-out. Because I was in a foreign country and did not want to get involved in a more complicated + potentially anxiety-producing situation, where authorities might get involved, I told them I would agree to pay 500 euro. But I shouldn’t have. There are many hotels in Venice that have better wifi, more light-filled rooms, + acknowledge their own failings without trying to extort money from their guests. Avoid Palazzetto Madonna.

Clean and very friendly staff. Accommodating for our early leave

Ich bekam ein Eckzimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben einer Gasse die sehr belebt und laut ist. Leider konnte ich die erste Nacht deswegen nicht schlafen. Für die zwei folgenden Nächte bekam ich ein ruhiges und schönes Zimmer im 1. Obergeschoss. Die Mitarbeitenden gaben sich sehr mühe und waren stets freundlich. Alles in allem eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel.

Everything was perfect for our weekend stay. I highly recommend this property and I will definitely stay here again. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast.

I will definitely come back here if I visit Venice again. The location is right in the city center, which is very convenient. Everyone who works there is extremely attentive and kind. The room on the upper floor, accessed through the courtyard, was very quiet. The rooms have been newly renovated and the beds are very comfortable. I truly appreciate everyone for their hard work.
