Tutto bene , solo una cosa non vera , il sito dice che c’è parcheggio riservato, ma è molto limitato , ho lasciato l auto fuori in strada come detto dal personale della reception in una parte carico e scarico, la mattina seguente nel riprenderla mi sono accorto che me L hanno graffiata con una chiave o simile, ho fatto notare questo alla reception e la risposta data è che non potevano fare nulla

The stay was totally accessible. The hotel was not ready when we attempted to check in eventhough it was well after the check in time. The hotel ataff appeared to be very confused with the reservation details. After traveling so many hours it was disssapointing.

This was a great place to stay in Florence just outside the downtown area with the train right in front and a short ride to all the tourist attractions in the center of town A shopping mall a block away and a nice park right on front I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Florence

Hotel muito novo, com boa localização, junto a uma das avenidas principais, com fácil acesso de carro ou trem. Atendimento da recepção e do restaurante muito cordial. Quarto limpo, confortável e bem equipado. Materiais de altíssima qualidade. Banheiro adequado. Café da manhã muito bom, com boas opções de doces e salgados. A única coisa que atrapalhou bastante a nossa estadia foi o calor dentro do quarto, pois a cidade não permite ligar o ar condicionado dos hotéis antes de maio.

The checking in process was easy and they have parking. The hotel is not too far from the airport, but there is no other reason to go there. Our room was nice, but they had a different style of electrical plug that everywhere else we'd traveled in Europe. There was one of the common outlets in the bathroom though. Breakfast buffett was very nice.

Muito bom hotel. tem um ótimo restaurante, bom café da manhã, ótimo supermercado próximo. Não fica na área turística, mas em frente tem o trem elétrico que te deixa lá em menos de 15minutos. Os funcionários, principalmente da recepção, poderiam ser mais gentis com os turistas. A área de estacionamento tem pouquíssimas vagas e os funcionários guardam muitas para uso próprio, se você chegar no hotel depois das 18h, impossível encontrar vaga.
