There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Ritiro chiave: Rio Terà Sant'Andrea Santa Croce 460, 30135 VE.]. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
