Vernazza Sea View

Beautiful room very clean and some view only issue was finding hotel and reception was no very well detailed seaview vernazza every apartment is called this but got there in the end by asking a local the reception is on the square as stated but there is around 8 different buzzers and does not state which to press. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful view of the Harbor, Church Tower and the Piazza. Warm greeting and shown to my room. Second time in Vernazza and the best of all 5 cities if younask me.

Our view was absolutely stunning, and you won't find a better location! It is steps from the water, steps from a variety of restaurants and shopping, very close to the ferry and train station. We easily parked our car just before Varnazza (they don't allow you to drive in), there is one parking lot that is reasonable and they shuttle you in. Communication with manager is a little challenging. He doesn't respond to email, but will pick up phone and be very pleasant. The directions he gave us to find the place was MUCH more confusing than it needed to be. Walk towards the water after arriving and then the steps are to the left just before the restaurant Il Gambero Rosso, take a right after the stairs. If you see a bar on your left after the stairs you've gone too far. Enter through green door. The room itself is dated, and nothing special, but the location and view, and space in the room all made it worth it to us!

Had some difficulty getting to the right spot, maybe specific instructions where you meet would be good. It was hot when we got there and that made for 4 cranky people, but once settled, it was wonderful! Linens were offered each day, loved doing a little bit of laundry for the essentials (ring it out good or be yelled at). Host was wonderful! Would for sure stay again!

Difficult to find initially

Excellent location. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The room smelled a bit musty. Understandable due to the stone walls and moist environment.

Property is perfectly located near the beach, shopping and eating. Easy train ride to other towns. Make sure you understand the parking situation if you drive!!

Steps from Vernazza main commercial area and waterfront

This little room was the perfect honeymoon escape. Such a beautiful room and stay!

The location was very convenient. Staff were nice…they let us check in early. However, when we reported no wifi service they said it was fixed but it never worked.

Wir waren an der angegebenen Adresse Via G. Guidoni 2. Nachdem beim Klingeln niemand geöffnet hat, haben wir auf der dort angegebenen Internetseite 'sea view apartment' eine Telefonnummer gefunden und angerufen. Marcella hat uns dann aber gesagt, dass von uns keine Reservation eingegangen sei und sie kein Zimmer mehr frei hat. Deshalb haben wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht für diesen Abend. Später konnten wir via hotels.com den Vermieter des gebuchten Zimmers Vernazza Sea View anrufen - das Zimmer wäre immer noch zur Verfügung gestanden... Aber die Adresse sei falsch, wir hätten früher anrufen müssen... Hotels.com habe die falsche Adresse angegeben! So wurde der Ball zwischen dem höchst unfreundlichen Vermieter und hotels.com hin und her geschoben und wir mussten für diese Nacht zwei Zimmer bezahlen. Höchst ärgerlich und unerfreulich, da wir ja nicht wissen konnten, dass wir an der falschen Adresse angeklopft haben. Gleicher Name, gleiche Adresse - zwei unterschiedliche Anbieter, die auch nichts voneinander wissen wollten... Höchst unsauber!

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Vernazza Sea View. It’s a small, cozy hotel with an incredible view of the sea. The room was sparkling clean and thoughtfully arranged, making great use of the space. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. It’s truly a hidden gem for those who appreciate simplicity and beauty!

The location is nice, close to restaurants, the beach and only a few minutes from the train station. The staff was helpful. When we informed him that electricity was out, he immediately came over to check the fuse. But the supply of bathroom stuff is not adequate. There is no washcloth, no facial tissue and only a thin bath towel. If you want a beach towel, you have to rent one from the owner. For the price of the room, I feel that the above-mentioned things should be provided. One important note that we were not aware of or informed. During a Friday night of our stay, the music from the piazza (which is just outside the room) was so loud that we could not sleep, and it continued late into the night past 1 am. I understand that the owner has no control over this. But it would be nice to be aware of this ahead of time.
