Grand appartement pour 4, propre et avec une belle terrasse même si l'établissement est vieillissant et pas très bien entretenu Piscine avec un panorama sur "Vulcano" . Petite plage de sable noir au bas de la résidence Personnel disponible notamment pour les navettes jusqu'au centre Seul hic :les moustiques présents sur l'île à cette période exceptionnellement chaude pour la saison (fin octobre) : prévoir un lance flammes

Excellent pool and super friendly staff, who do all they can to make your stay perfect. Breakfast croissants and coffee are cheap and delicious and served with a smile. The resort is a little way out of town but the hotel has a regular shuttle bus running back and forth which takes about 5 minutes. We had to catch a ferry and they arranged another trip just for that. Also when Italy played overtime and penalties the shuttle was late to fit the match, perfect!

Posto molto bello, ma andrebbe rinnovato. Soprattutto il costo del soggiorno è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta.

Dość stary i miejscami zaniedbany duży kompleks budynków, nowy ładny basen z fantastycznym widokiem. Pokój ok choć łazienka pozostawiała sporo do życzenia jeżeli chodzi o stan. Wifi tylko na basenie koło recepcji w pokojach brak wifi, a do tego słabo z zasięgiem GSM. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Grande déception ! Ne correspond pas du tout à l'annonce sur hotel.com sauf la piscine. Notre arrivée n'était pas prévue par l'hôtel alors que nous avions réglé en ligne sur le site hotel.com Un hotel a l'abandon ! En travaux dans un état inacceptable pour recevoir des clients et encore moins à ce tarif là (plus de 100€) lamentable ! Pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre (nous avons nous meme allumé le chauffe eau) et en plus très bruyant ! Probablement le personnel des travaux qui dormaient sur place. Bref je ne recommande pas tout !!!!

La situation de la résidence offre une belle vue et l’acceuil est correct mais la plupart des appartements semble occupée par des habitués qui amènent avec eux tout le confort nécessaire. Pour nous, manque de couverts, assiettes, Rez de chaussée sombre, piscine et plage payantes. Vulcano vaut la peine pour son volcan mais ni pour ses plages, ni pour l’hôtellerie ou les restaurants. Pas de village.

Séjour mitigé dans cet établissement qui est assez loin du port à pied 1,5kms. Le personnel accueillant mais sans plus. Il est possible de parler français. Nous avons été déçu que la réception nous propose d’attendre à la piscine le temps que la chambre soit prête et qu’à la fin du séjour on nous demande 16€... de forfait journalier pour la piscine où nous sommes restés 1h30.

La piscine est superbe ...mais...il vous faudra acheter un bonnet de pain, c est moins sexy car la piscine est ouverte...au public exterieur et c est la loi en italie...bonnet rouge ou bleu.ca fait moins rever. Par contre trois chiens autour de la piscine....mais eux n avaient pas de bonnet...lol comme disent les enfants...Les enfants justement, munis de leu bonnet, sont interdits de jacuzzi pour ne pas deranger.dommage il etait vide. Ensuite le surveillant de baignade ne les lache pas des yeux, c est franchement penible quand vos enfants ne sont pas des monstres mais des etres vivants. On est reste une seule journee et c etait trop. La residence, la que ca se gate, genre vvf ou pire gcu qui n a pas ete renove depuis 30 ans. Sympa les cris en pleine nuit dans le hall d une equipe bien imbibee d alcool. L'appart, grand, sans charme et superbe vue sur la cour interieure qui ne ressemble a rien. La chambre,le ventilo au plafond fort utile vue la temperature....mais....on le laissera eteint car il menace de tomber....sur le lit....bref a oublier

Guidebooks often describe Vulcano as smelly, which just goes to show that their authors have not ventured further than the fanghi (mud baths) near the port. This apartment complex, which is located on the shores of Vulcanello, is well away from any sulphurous fumes. Our apartment had an upstairs bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed, and a little balcony. There were three further single beds downstairs. Linen and towels were provided and were changed once during our week-long stay. You might want to bring your own beach towels (although you can hire ones for use at the pool). There was a small kitchen (hob only, no oven or microwave, but two full-size fridge-freezers). It was equipped with all the necessary pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. The Italians do not seem to "do" kettles, so bring your own travel one if you are likely to want tea or coffee in your room. Lastly there was a terrace, with garden furniture and a drying rack for wet clothes. There is a small bar near the pool but no restaurant. The hotel has a link with a restaurant in the town, which we took advantage of on our first night. The shuttle service to and from the town is excellent. Don't be afraid to ring ahead and tell them your ETA so that they can pick you up. There is at least one member of staff who speaks really good English and you can save yourself a taxi fare.

Il Residence si presenta in condizioni pessime, il piccolo monolocale affittato per il periodo che va dal 20 al 27 luglio 2013 è in condizioni paurose, l'arredamento modestissimo, l'armadio che puzzava di muffa, il materasso del letto è a molle stretto e scomodo, impossibile riposare, il mobile della cucina sotto il lavello sporco e il rubinetto del lavello usciva acqua insufficiente per cucinare, il ventilatore a pala sembrava che si staccasse dal soffitto e il condizionatore rumoroso che non si poteva sistemare, all'esterno accanto all'appartamento tanta spazzatura perchè c'era un monolocale abbandonato e sventrato essendo che il Residence sussiste insieme ad una multiproprietà, e per finire zanzare tantissime come elicotteri che uscivano dalla pozzetto della doccia. Un incubo.

Man sollte sich unbedingt Räder leihen, um vom Ort zum Hotel zurück zu gelangen. Es liegt leider weit weg. Mückenspray mitnehmen!!! Wir waren im Herbst in der Anlage, da war sie leer. Von daher war die Dichte der einzelnen App. egal. Im Sommer muss es der ABSOLUTE HORROR sein! Die Poolanlage ist traumhaft gelegen und sehr schön. Die Häuser und App. sehr veraltet (Farbe blättert ab, Schimmel, kleine Räume.....)! Das Personal ist super nett! Alle Wünsche werden SOFORT erfüllt! Aber: Wir würden nicht mehr dort absteigen!!!

Séjour mitigé dans cet établissement qui est assez loin du port à pied 1,5kms. Le personnel accueillant mais sans plus. Il est possible de parler français. Nous avons été déçu que la réception nous propose d’attendre à la piscine le temps que la chambre soit prête et qu’à la fin du séjour on nous demande 16€... de forfait journalier pour la piscine où nous sommes restés 1h30.

La piscine est superbe ...mais...il vous faudra acheter un bonnet de pain, c est moins sexy car la piscine est ouverte...au public exterieur et c est la loi en italie...bonnet rouge ou bleu.ca fait moins rever. Par contre trois chiens autour de la piscine....mais eux n avaient pas de bonnet...lol comme disent les enfants...Les enfants justement, munis de leu bonnet, sont interdits de jacuzzi pour ne pas deranger.dommage il etait vide. Ensuite le surveillant de baignade ne les lache pas des yeux, c est franchement penible quand vos enfants ne sont pas des monstres mais des etres vivants. On est reste une seule journee et c etait trop. La residence, la que ca se gate, genre vvf ou pire gcu qui n a pas ete renove depuis 30 ans. Sympa les cris en pleine nuit dans le hall d une equipe bien imbibee d alcool. L'appart, grand, sans charme et superbe vue sur la cour interieure qui ne ressemble a rien. La chambre,le ventilo au plafond fort utile vue la temperature....mais....on le laissera eteint car il menace de tomber....sur le lit....bref a oublier

Excellent pool and super friendly staff, who do all they can to make your stay perfect. Breakfast croissants and coffee are cheap and delicious and served with a smile. The resort is a little way out of town but the hotel has a regular shuttle bus running back and forth which takes about 5 minutes. We had to catch a ferry and they arranged another trip just for that. Also when Italy played overtime and penalties the shuttle was late to fit the match, perfect!

It's a really lovely place, with amazing pool and lovely views. Staffs are very friendly, who provided free shuttle service frequently. The lack of wifi in rooms is the only drawback.

Trevlig personal. De kör in till stan som bara ligger 20 min promenad bort. Det går fasta turer men vi blev körda därutöver när vi behövde. Enkel servering vid poolen.

Guidebooks often describe Vulcano as smelly, which just goes to show that their authors have not ventured further than the fanghi (mud baths) near the port. This apartment complex, which is located on the shores of Vulcanello, is well away from any sulphurous fumes. Our apartment had an upstairs bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed, and a little balcony. There were three further single beds downstairs. Linen and towels were provided and were changed once during our week-long stay. You might want to bring your own beach towels (although you can hire ones for use at the pool). There was a small kitchen (hob only, no oven or microwave, but two full-size fridge-freezers). It was equipped with all the necessary pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. The Italians do not seem to "do" kettles, so bring your own travel one if you are likely to want tea or coffee in your room. Lastly there was a terrace, with garden furniture and a drying rack for wet clothes. There is a small bar near the pool but no restaurant. The hotel has a link with a restaurant in the town, which we took advantage of on our first night. The shuttle service to and from the town is excellent. Don't be afraid to ring ahead and tell them your ETA so that they can pick you up. There is at least one member of staff who speaks really good English and you can save yourself a taxi fare.

Il Residence si presenta in condizioni pessime, il piccolo monolocale affittato per il periodo che va dal 20 al 27 luglio 2013 è in condizioni paurose, l'arredamento modestissimo, l'armadio che puzzava di muffa, il materasso del letto è a molle stretto e scomodo, impossibile riposare, il mobile della cucina sotto il lavello sporco e il rubinetto del lavello usciva acqua insufficiente per cucinare, il ventilatore a pala sembrava che si staccasse dal soffitto e il condizionatore rumoroso che non si poteva sistemare, all'esterno accanto all'appartamento tanta spazzatura perchè c'era un monolocale abbandonato e sventrato essendo che il Residence sussiste insieme ad una multiproprietà, e per finire zanzare tantissime come elicotteri che uscivano dalla pozzetto della doccia. Un incubo.

Man sollte sich unbedingt Räder leihen, um vom Ort zum Hotel zurück zu gelangen. Es liegt leider weit weg. Mückenspray mitnehmen!!! Wir waren im Herbst in der Anlage, da war sie leer. Von daher war die Dichte der einzelnen App. egal. Im Sommer muss es der ABSOLUTE HORROR sein! Die Poolanlage ist traumhaft gelegen und sehr schön. Die Häuser und App. sehr veraltet (Farbe blättert ab, Schimmel, kleine Räume.....)! Das Personal ist super nett! Alle Wünsche werden SOFORT erfüllt! Aber: Wir würden nicht mehr dort absteigen!!!
