Almeria Hotel

The property looks new and clean. Service was excellent. We were offered private bath for the nights we stayed. No laundry within the facility but there are nearby laundry facilities if you need clothes washed. Would recommend a car if staying in this hotel to explore the Mt. Fuji area.

御殿場アウトレットから車で約30分、水陸両用KABAバスから車で数分、想像以上にオシャレなホテルでした。ホテル内の家具やお皿も素敵で、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧でした。チェックインが遅くなったため、夕食もホテルで頂きゆったりとした時間が過ごせて思い出になりました。雨の週末でしたが、天気が良ければテラスでのお食事もできたと思います。人気のホテルで1泊しか予約できませんでしたが、また行きたいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました(^^)

とてもオシャレで可愛いホテルでした。一つ言うなれば、朝食のパンは食パンで良いからチョコ味はやめて欲しかった。所々でトラブルはありましたが、また泊まりたいな、と思うほど素敵なホテルでした。外国人スタッフも皆さん頑張っていて、好感もてました。

Super hôtel. 1 service au top,plus que ce que nous demandions. Très bon repas et petit déjeuner Situation géographique super,nous avons pu voir le mont Fuji sans trop de monde dès le petit matin,c est top. Chambre et hôtel très confortable,grande chambre pour 4. Onsen privée très agréable. En bref allez y les yeux fermes

This hotel is perfect for families with children. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace in the morning is delightful, and the breakfast itself is delicious. The hotel staff are incredibly kind and always greet you with a smile. It's a short, pleasant walk of less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the lakeside in the mountains, where strolling by the lake is very relaxing. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle service to nearby stations, which adds to the convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

山中湖から歩ける距離だが、500mほどあり少し遠い。 チェックインの時に、免許のｺﾋﾟｰを要求されたが、その割に全く宿の説明なし。（後で分かったが、家族風呂があったことや、朝食の時間など全く説明なし） 日本語の全くしゃべればいスタッフや、お願いしても対応が遅いｽﾀｯﾌ。 挙句の果てに、部屋を間違えて、新しい客を引導して、我々の部屋に入ろうとした。 設備は立派なものだが、メンテが不十分。たとえば扉が完全に閉まらない。一階の男子トイレは、ウォシュレットが故障している。 朝、30分早く朝食をお願いしたら了解と言うことだったが、結局、最初のコーヒーだけ、時間通りに来たが。それ以外には20分遅れて持ってきた。 値段はあきれるほど高いのに、がっかり。 中国人相手ではこれで良いかもしれないが、日本人相手では全くダメ。

We were really impressed with our stay at Almeria. It was our first time in Japan and we were there for 10 days. The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. We could even see Mount Fuji from the deck! The rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and new. They also offer a private hot bath you can reserve which was a really nice touch after a long day. We appreciated that they had food available whether that was dinner or breakfast and we took advantage of that a number of times. It's just a short drive or walk down to the lake. We had a rental car and the parking was right in front of the building. Super easy. We can't say enough good things about our experience and would stay again!

Very cosy hotel and good services. The breakfast is very tasty.

The hotel was really nice. We were told restaurant hours were until 9pm. Later asked when it opened and was told there was no chef for the day. It was a 7/11 night for dinner. Would have been nice to know earlier. Also not sure why they wouldn’t allow us more than an hour in the tub as there were no other reservations.

Excellent service, beautiful room and common areas. The large private bath is so convenient for families with little kids. Just 2 min drive to the lakeside. The breakfast is also great.

Highly recommend a stay here when visiting the lake. It's beautifully designed and very quiet. Each member of the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect-- from helping us find specific points to visit to arranging transportation back to Mishima. We also ate several meals in the restaurant and they were very well done.
