This property offers a great location if you want to explore the surrounding areas or if you want to take the JR line/ Tokyo subway stations to other parts of the larger Tokyo area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was super clean and they always kept my room tidy which I liked. I would recommend staying here for going out to local bars as well, they aren’t too far from the hotel.

Staff is super friendly, location is excellent for shinjuku area. This is a Japanese style hotel so the rooms are super small by American standards. Know that beforehand and enjoy the difference!

Bath tub so small that shower water comes out, rooms are too small to 2 people which I booked.
Overall a very tiny place and only one elevator, so one has to wait a lot for this 12 story small rooms hotel.
I won’t recommend this to anyone with a family.

The property is a very long way from the main Shinjuku station. There are other trains nearby, but often a 20-minute walk to Shinjuku is needed. The rooms are tiny but tidy. On our second day nobody came to clean one of our two rooms.
There are four APA hotels within a block of each other. We went to the wrong one, because it had the same name, but with ‘tower’ after the name.

Didnt read the fine print and thought a "double" was 2 beds. Rooms are tiny but very comfortable. Twin rooms have 2 beds so read the fine print the staff was AMAZING. If you purchase the breakfast make sure you show them the receipt the staff was more than accommmodating once the receipt for the breakfast was shown. Great room maintenance staff with fresh daily towels and toiletries. Great location for night life and easy walk to the Shinjuku station (~15 minutes).

I don’t believe APA should be on Expedia as this is home away from home app the room was the smallest I’ve ever been in in 30 years hongkpng bigger I had to go and borrow 2 chairs from down stree to put out side room so could have coffee in morning
