The actual onsen within the resort was excellent especially the non circulating fresh hot spring option. The room given to us was huge and have access to the garden. There was an actual tatami section to sleep and a separate room with western style beddings. The washroom was ginormous including a classy jacuzzi. We had the breakfast option but it was decent at best. If you are looking for a flavorfull experience, you might be disappointed but the experience itself was excellent. As for food, options are limited around the area and in my opinion, not worth the value and they close early. Expect convenient store food if you are on a budget. The actual property itself is very beautiful and clean throughout. It’s absolutely tranquil. However, sound proofing is poor. If there are noisy walkers and talkers above your room, you will hear them. Overall, i will revisit as it offered my family some unforgettable memories.

The staff was very helpful to me, with certain problems I created. I forgot my shoes in the room at check out, then accidentally took the room key after check-out. One of the staff found me on the train minutes before it left and I gave him the key back! Besides that, the onsen facilities were great. My only complaint was that coffee was only available for limit d hours in the morning and you had to pay for it.

Makan tidak termasuk dalam kadar bilik untuk kanak-kanak berumur 3 tahun dan ke bawah yang termasuk dalam tempahan. Tetamu yang menempah sarapan harus ambil maklum jadual waktu sarapan yang berikut. Untuk tetamu yang menginap di jenis bilik Bilik Gaya Jepun, sarapan hanya disediakan pada jam 07:30, 08:00 atau 08:30. Bagi tetamu yang menginap di jenis bilik Kotej, sarapan hanya disajikan pada jam 08:00 atau 09:00. Kadar tempahan tetamu yang termasuk 2 hidangan (penginapan separuh) mesti menghubungi hartanah ini lebih awal untuk memilih waktu makan malam pilihan mereka. Untuk tetamu yang menginap di jenis bilik Bilik Gaya Jepun, masakan Jepun hanya disediakan pada jam 18:00, 18:30, 19:00 atau 19:30. Bagi tetamu yang menginap di jenis bilik Lodge, masakan Barat hanya disajikan pada jam 18:00 atau 19:00.

El cuarto es grande por lo que es comodo, loa futones son comodos pero las almohadas muy duras. Como no pague en el momento de aquirir el cuarto no tuve derecho cuando llegue aunque pregunte por pagar, cena y desayuno toco salir del hotel. El pasillo es muy ruidoso, se escucha mucho la gente caminar por el pasillo, parecia que corrian que habia gente peleando. En la noche nos bañamos bien incluso en la tina, pero en la mañana era muy fria, nunca calento el agua

Well worth the stay. We got a Japanese style room, so we were sleeping on a mattress on the ground which was an experience all on its own. The dinner in our room was good, I think I would’ve preferred dinner in the little town though. But it was very cool to wear the kimonos and go to the hot springs, this was very relaxing. Be aware that everyone goes into the hot springs without clothes on, but the water felt really nice and the women’s locker room comes with hair brushes, q-tips, hair dryers, and even face wash/toner/lotion. Don’t try to walk up to the hotel from the bus stop, it’s a steep climb, call the hotel and they’ll pick you up. Overall a wonderful stay!

Staff are very friendly. The facilities appear a little old. The air conditioning in the annex room is noisy, so we turned it off while sleeping. Our overall experience is good. Saw people not rinsing before entering the bath tub. Suggest to set up a video facility for education purpose. Currently there is only a small poster on the wall to do this job.

おそらくエアコンの手入れをしておらず、エアコンの空気が出る部分に埃がびっしり。
冬だったので切ることも出来ず、鼻と喉がやられました…。
食事も正直、美味しいとは言えない。
ただ、接客や、部屋やエントランスからの眺めはとても綺麗でした。
