Very nice economical hotel. The robots at check in are fun. We literally interacted with no humans or staff during our 3 nights which is why I didn't rate the service. The rooms were small but very clean and had all the amenities needed. I was impressed with the hotel. As a family of 5 we did have to get two separate rooms but still more reasonable than other area hotels. Overall, great place wouldn't hesitate to come back if in Tokyo again.

Great location for a great price. We booked early and secured the rooms at a great price. Close to 2 subway stations, so easy to travel to other parts of Tokyo. The rooms were clean and well designed. We fitted in with other 2 suitcases no problem. And the LG steamer in the room was a big help during the stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We could not ask for a better place to stay in Tokyo. There are two different Tokyo metro stations lines within less than 10 minutes walks. There is a 7/11 right outside the hotel as well.

The location in Akasaka is very convenient. The rooms at really small - even smaller than the pictures- for a family trip. As the robots don't solve all the problems, you need to call the hotel works who are behind the wall. The pillows are like sand bags, not exaggerating. And they don't make the beds and take the trash out of the room everyday. It's a fair option if you want to save and still be ina good location.

Convenient location with a lot of restaurants all over the neighbourhood. Near Akasaka city centre which is a very nice area. The robot reception is disappointing as it didn't do the reception job other than greeting and asked the guess to fill out the registration form on the computer screen.

Prima Lage, 3 U-Bahnstationen in kurzer Laufentfernung. Check-in Roboter funktionierten bei uns nicht, aber Hilfe kam sofort aus dem Nebenraum. Check-out war unproblematisch. Für Tokio großzügige Zimmer. Frühstück im Irish Pub nebenan, welches zum Hotel gehört. Essen war gut, Auswahl für uns ausreichend (Supee, Salat, Brot, Croissants, Joghurt, Ei, Nudeln etc). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Fenster konnte gekippt werden (großer Pluspunkt!). Absolut empfehlenswert! Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Gym, Manga- Bücherregale vorhanden, Schlafanzüge/Badutensilien etc neben der Rezeption kostenlos erhältlich. Im Zimmer ein Bügelautomat im Schrank und Kühlschrank, Hausschuhe und täglicher Handtuchwechsel und Zimmerservice. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, 7Eleven direkt nebenan.

Sehr gute Lage mit 3 Bahnlinien in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen Haneda und zum Kreuzfahrthafen. Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen vorhanden. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr gute Lage mit 3 Bahnlinien in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen Haneda und zum Kreuzfahrthafen. Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen vorhanden. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
