It was a stopover on way home from Seoul / Osaka. Fantastic location with very convenient subway station 3 min walk away with great connections to other major lines.
Great views over the Palace Gardens & "supersized" room for Tokyo. Good breakfast available & comfortable bar with good value happy hour.

I stayed five nights in a Suite during a business trip to Tokyo in June. Overall, the experience was disappointing for a luxury city hotel.
Soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear neighbors showering and hallway conversations, which made it difficult to rest as a light sleeper. Despite the premium price of the suite, both the room and bathroom felt dated, with no signs of an upcoming refresh.
Breakfast was included but offered limited choices, with the same menu every day. Complimentary rice refills were a small positive.
While the staff were courteous, English proficiency was limited to select team members. The personal touch seemed to have diminished; for instance, reception no longer guides guests to the elevators in the absence of a bellboy or concierge.
I was also surprised by the lack of a business centre for meetings or printing, which is typically expected at this level.
Overall, I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars only for its location.

Great staff. Clean room. I had to go to Osaka for a few days and come back to the hotel, and the staff very kindly stored my luggage for me free of charge. They took great care of my belongings.

Fresh room with a view towards a part of the park and the road. Staff were not too keen on helping out when checking in, but the day after we received good help in finding a pharmacy. Seems to depend a little on who you meet at the front desk. Overall good stay as the view was a big part of it even though the room was on the smaller side (which they usually are in Tokyo). Great distance to the Hanzomon subway line.
We stayed here as a part of our anniversary, but did not receive even a note which was quite disappointing.

Such a beautiful view from the rooms here. The quality of the hotel for the price is exceptional. The breakfast was nice everyday with three selections to choose from too. Friendly staff helped with luggage forwarding and made everything easy. Also very close to take the subway/trains from 3 min walk away. Plus comfortable beds and daily housekeeping service!!!

Didn't like the restrictive breakfast options. We have traveled to 20 different countries around the world and this is the only hotel that charges coffee when selecting a Japanese breakfast. Coffee should be free, regardless of the option.
