Fantastic hotel, great service and very nice rooms with plenty of space.Very attentive nice and welcoming staff. Well positioned but still in a calm area.We arrived att 9 in the morning and the staff kept our luggages until the time of check-in. Very recommended

The service and amenities at this property were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast, tea time, and evening appetizers included were above expectations and we all loved watching the nightly light show on the metropolitan government building across the way from the top floor. The location was perfect as well for transportation purposes and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Tokyo in the future.

This was the perfect hotel to end our trip with! It was the largest and had the best view, we were in the 35th floor. We had everything we could ever need in that room including great skin care! The staff was amazing and kind. The lounges were great and breakfast yummy. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the pool. My daughter and I were looking forward to spending some time there but there was no comfort to that area. No beach umbrellas or anything exciting you on.

Might be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had upgraded us to premier status, which included a separate lounge and check-in. It felt as good return on the money. The lounges were available to other guests too, for a separate fee. So the services are reachable to all. We have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels before, but Keio Plaza has been the brightest among stars.

This property has a great location. The staff was pleasant. We stayed on the 40th floor. Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It was also difficult trying to figure out the lights. The room is laid out so nicely, we found the beds to be a bit hard and the room felt very musty/humid.
