Loved every single thing about this hotel. The location, the sizeable room, the layout of the room, the completeness of amenities, and of course the great hospitality which my son loved so much. Our stay of > 7 days made our trip comfortable and definitely making us want to stay longer!

Mimaru hotels are my favorite hotels when travelling with kids! The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and clean. The hotel has laundry and strives to meet all the needs of the traveller including suitcase storage, restaurant recommendations and even inexpensive cell phone data plans. We have now stayed at Mimaru hotels 4 times on two seperate visits and we love this chain.

My family of 4 had a great stay. The staff were helpful and courteous, and I liked the practical and nice design of the rooms. Plenty of places to hang things, and the perfect space for us during our stay in Tokyo. The Hatchobori area is quiet but an easy walk or subway ride to tourist and shopping areas.

The property was nice, but our room was very musky smelling and the a/c unit was dripping and damp on to the carpet before we arrived.
We were told not use turn the ac lower than 24 degrees which was fine if you turned the fan on the unit high. We were there during the summer months and heat wave. Just found the musky room odd and it was the only hotel

Our lovely home away from home. No blackout blinds but perfect for us as we are morning people and waking up to the early sun lightly beaming in. Very organized cleaning schedule and deferring options. Professional team and staff. Smart TV available. Love that there are activities available while on the lift ride or at the lobby for those spur of the moment family experiences. Also restaurant options nearby for those with diet restrictions. Near to at least 3 ways of public transportation.

The room we had was perfect for our family. A large double bed and bunk beds for our kids. It had a tatami room, dining area, stove top, microwave, and fridge. Great property and service. The area has some convenient access to a couple of metro stops, close combinis, and restaruants. It's a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station.

This is a great hotel. All of the front desk staff can speak English and they're all super helpful. One girl helped me break a 5000 yen bill with change from her own wallet because they had just shut down the front desk at 10 pm and their petty cash drawer was already closed but she happily helped me and I was thankful because I really needed to do laundry that night. Speaking of laundry, they have 5 or 6 washing machines and an equal number of dryers available 24 hours. Hotel conveniently located near subway entrances. One of the subway entrances is for the subway line that goes straight to Disney without having to switch trains (except onto the dedicated Disney park train which circles the two parks) which made it very easy to get to Disney. The area around the hotel also felt clean and safe. The rooms are very clean and good size with plenty of room for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There's a 7-Eleven and a Lawson's within eye shot and a couple of Family Marts also very near. There's also a pharmacy and a Denny's restaurant (which has a fancier menu than Denny's in the U.S.) across the street. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This place is a family friendly apartment hotel. Although for a Japanese standard this place fell short our expectations for the price we paid. There's limited house keeping and services offered e.g.: the beds aren't made everyday (I'm not referring to the changing linen here) and we had to collect other amenities at the front desk (after a long day walking), no filtered water or welcome drinks although noted that Japan water is drinkable. I understand that this is a digital era but we preffered a human service rather than being referred online to a qr code. On top of that, this property isn't as close to public transport. Worth mentioning that the front desk staff are friendly.
