O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável e suficiente para uma boa estadia. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Equipe muito simpática e prestativa. O café da manhã é muito bom, as mesmas coisas todos os dias, mas há uma boa variedade o que acaba não sendo um problema. Boa localização, fácil acesso a muitos meios de transporte, lojas e restaurantes.

I lost an IPad and a Notebook and I did not realized until 3 days later after I left.. The hotel management contacted me and told me that they found the items on their premises.. Very much appreciated their honesty and Quickness to respond to my Problem..

We stayed here for 10 nights for our first trip ever to Japan and we LOVED this hotel. The staff were all extremely polite and kind, and made us feel very welcomed. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s close by to both Shinjuku station and Shin-Okubo station, and is right beside Kabukicho so it is always lively at night. Although the area itself is more loud, the hotel room itself was quiet and comfy and the street it is located on is not extremely busy compared to the main centre a 5 minute walk away. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was very cozy. There are vending machines and microwaves throughout the floors of the hotel and a laundry room as well which is super appreciated. The closest 7/11 is also a 30 second walk from the hotel which is very convenient. I have no complaints, we loved this hotel and would definitely come back again on our next trip to Japan!

Good location, clean room. Lots of restaurants close by and easy access to subway stations. Laundry coin washer / dryer available for use which is very convenient when it’s hot and humid and you need your clothes cleaned constantly.

Even though the surroundings around the hotel might get busy and crowded at night, we had a good sleep time. The bathroom and the room was very tidy and clean. Just bear in mind is a very compact space so for big guys probably it won't work. Kudos to the front desk staff, very friendly and helpful. They even use a translator to facilitate any language barrier.

The best thing I liked was that they served breakfast with your stay. It was great food with lots of variety of food choices with healthy options. I would stay there again for the breakfast.
The location was also good, you can walk to a lot of places.
The room was a little small but I got used to it.

Tuve que ver una experiencia nada agradable con la señora de recepción en el comedor, regañó a una niña de nacionalidad Alemana (solo porque no le avisó para ingresar )muy feo y en voz alta que todos los que estábamos desayunando nos pusimos incómodos, mejor la niña se salió y ya no desayunó, debería ser más servicial y entender que la gente viene de culturas diferentes y no sabe sus reglas de costumbre al 100, todo lo demás excelente, increíble habitación, el personal de recepción el mejor por mucho ellos se esforzaron por hacerme sentir bien recibido, felicito a el personal de recepción en particular al señor de lentes gracias !!!!!!
