My husband and I really liked Unwind Hotel and Bar Sapporo. It has a woodsy cabin-like vibe to it. We got the room with a king-sized bed and still had plenty of space. Daily breakfast of soup and bread was delivered to our door. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and their English was good. Communication was not a problem. No on-site washer/dryer but they do offer laundry service for a fee. On the top floor, is a cozy bar, which we liked. There is also a rooftop area for open air seating. For the reasonable rate and the size and comfort of the room, I would absolutely stay there again.

My mum and I stayed at Unwind Hotel for 6 nights. It is a small hotel and the setting is cozy. Very conveniently located with variety of eateries and near to Odori Park and all within walking distance. The team here are English speaking and they are very polite and helpful. Will definitely come back again in the future!

There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and the air ventilation was very poor. There were other aspects of the room that were nice but the mold was a big problem for us.

The property has a cool concept that’s kinda like a ski resort. Great soup a baguette every morning at the door hot in a thermos.

Good location with dining and shopping all within walking distance. Very friendly staff and nice amenities including breakfast soup as well as complimentary coffee and tea. Parking is quite limited but there are outdoor parking nearby at very low price.

El hotel es muy lindo y acogedor, me encanto que todo fuera como una cabaña, incluso podías hacer s'mores en la fogata que tienen en el décimo piso.
Las sopas de desayuno son muy ricas, me sorprendieron bastante.
Lo único que puede mejorar es la limpieza de las habitaciones, especialmente en la zona de la regadera y el wc, se nota que no hacen limpieza tan a fondo.
Pero honestamente volvería a quedarme en el hotel, la ubicación es perfecta dado que está en una zona muy tranquila pero caminando llegas a Susukino.

I like this cozy hotel. The family room fit my party of 3 adults well, with sofa and kitchenette, we could chat drink and eat together.
Breakfast is special with everyday starts off with a hot soup.
The staff have international vibe. They are friendly and helpful, make us feel home outside home.
Had a wonderful time staying in this hotel and definitely will pick this again next time.
