Impeccable service and hospitality, from the top to the bottom. Wonderful staff. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the security, and they were so kind, friendly and professional. It set the tone for my entire trip to Kenya. This hotel is very well managed. The food at their restaurant is delicious, and the executive chef is very active with the guests inside and outside of the restaurant. 10 out of 10. I will definitely return

Very friendly staff

Clean and spacious room, great breakfast spread at the Craft, the Asiatic rooftop bar and restaurant has a decent food and drinks menu, and a nice view from the 11th floor. All staff I interacted (management, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, security) were welcoming, helpful and friendly. It is within walking distance of dining, entertainment and shopping options.

We had an excellent stay and were genuinely surprised by the décor, ambience, and overall quality of the hotel—especially since my only previous experience with a Best Western (not a premier) in the U.S. felt more like a pay-by-the-hour motel, so I was very apprehensive going in. This property completely changed my perception. The hotel is beautifully designed: modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The rooms are spacious, the pillows incredibly comfortable, and the towels wonderfully soft. Breakfast opens early, which was perfect for our schedule, and the spread was generous and tasty. The staff were fantastic across the board. A special thank-you to Effie at the tourist desk, who helped us book the perfect two-day safari at a great price. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process seamless. We also want to give a shoutout to all the front desk staff and everyone throughout the hotel for their warmth and professionalism. We also really appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach—glass water bottles, refillable toiletries, and minimal plastic use. I also loved that they not only provide soap and shampoo, but also lotion, hair conditioner and cotton buds! It’s clear they’ve made a thoughtful effort toward sustainability. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return (well, we actually did).

Front desk staff was great

The staff are outstanding - they will go out of their way to accommodate any reasonable request. I also appreciate the security measures the property takes to ensure the safety of its guests and staff. Be sure to check out the bar and restaurant on the 11th floor. And say hi to Fidel, bartender extroirdinaire.

Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was modern and very clean. Breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Rooms were a good size. Colleagues staying at a nearby equivalent value hotel had much smaller rooms. Very easy access (1 block away) to Sarit Center and shopping mall.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food with a lot of variety. Excellent security. Walking distance to shopping. My only suggestions are to do occasional deep cleaning to maintain areas like the shower grout, and that the restaurant bring the food and drinks more quickly. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Loved my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is okay for what it is. The rug in our room pretty much needs replacing. The shower sprays directly on the door and it leaks on the floor outside the shower into the sleeping area. Staff was excellent and friendly.

A perfect hotel in a perfect location in Westlands just by shopping mall Sarit Center with all its shops and restaurants. Very safe and clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Really nice large gym and two good restaurants. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of options.
