The room was good. Nothing to complain about in particular considering value for money. The made to order breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding :)

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet area.

Charming little hotel with attentive reception, good restaurant, spacious rooms and a beautiful pool area

Stayed for 4 nights. Very relaxed and chilled space away from the hustle and bustle. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Pool is great and very clean. The rooms are dated and could use a touch up but the wooden floors add to the authentic not a chain hotel. Breakfast is a set menu that has 3 options you select in the morning - you can ask for more toast & spreads and hot drinks. 2 western options and 1 Lao option. We had an upstairs room with balcony on the right side of the restaurant which we recommend as the karaoke at night f4om the neighbouring bars is heard more on the other side - no blame on the hotel, they kindly provide ear plugs. Had dinner a couple of times - food is good and well priced lovely venue looking over the pool and well placed elephants around the hotel add to the millions 😊. Beds are big but low (for a 6ft 2) and hard (bases are supported with plywood) so not comfortable for us at least. Not a lot of walkable places nearby to get food and lots of Chinese businesses around too. Great vibe for rest, reflection and relaxation - even if you have to do a bit of work. Wifi is good but we didnt stream.

I had two major problems with my stay; — There was loud music being played somewhere in the neighbourhood of the hotel all night until almost 6 in the morning. I could hear the bass, but nothing else, as if there was a nightclub operating nearby. The hotel provides complimentary earplugs in the rooms, so I assume this is a regular issue. If you sleep deeply, or have poor hearing, you may be fine anyway. — I stayed in April, the hottest month of the year. The air-conditioning was clearly underpowered, and that contributed to a bad night’s sleep.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately in the morning the water for a shower did not get past Luke warm, for me or any of my friends in the other rooms. Also there is a bar and a night club in walking distance, so it does get pretty loud from the hote however, if you are looking for a place to party at night, that is your place. . I found it also consistently smelled of sewage from the pool chairs. I think the amazingly kind staff makes up for all of this tbh.

First clue this is a noisy hotel is the earplugs they provide laying on the bedside table. There’s a nightclub or bar that plays load music till the early morning hours. Even on a Monday night.

There is a huge bar next to the hotel,make so much noise almost whole night.

The hotel is very comfortable, there is a pool area where you can relax. The staff is very helpful and they are not afraid of foreigners. The area is very nice as well, there is a KTV and some nightclubs nearby that you can just walk to.

Will recommend friends and family to stay

We just stayed one night, because the hotel is close to the airport. When I first book the hotel, it was saying on its page at hotels.com that they have a free shuttle to the airport, which is not true… not a big deal, the hotel is nice stuffs really helpful.

Hôtel vieillissant mais encore du charme. Personnel attentionné. Chambre spacieuse mais qui donnait sur le restaurant avec une grande baie vitrée où je pouvais tout voir. Bien sûr il y a un rideau occultant mais bizarre !!! Piscine propre et agréable. Jardin entretenu et décoration typique. J'ai bien aimé

スタッフさんはフレンドリーで良いのですが、やはり古いのでかなり汚ない感はあります、後虫が多いので虫嫌いの僕にはキツイです、朝食はオーダー式なので大丈夫ですが種類が少ない感があります

좋은 호텔입니다. 하지만 모기 두마리가 힘들게 했어요. 인근에 풀이 많아서 그런것 같아요. 와이파이 약해서 답답합니다. 수영장 깨끗하고 서비스 만족합니다. 방도 넓고 좋아요. 개인적으로 만족합니다.
