Our stay at the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga was absolutely outstanding and made our anniversary truly special.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were the best we have experienced, always professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention to the Lady in Red, who was incredibly professional and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. We were also touched by the lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us in our room.
The hotel is centrally located, making it ideal for exploring the city. Many excellent restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, which added great convenience to our stay.
The highlight for us was undoubtedly the spa. It is a truly relaxing and beautifully designed space. From the quiet room, to the sauna, to the steam room and the indoor pool, every area was designed for comfort and tranquility. It was an experience in itself and the perfect way to unwind.
The Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga is without question the best place to stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu erinomaista. Huone siisti, mukava ja tyylikäs. Kylpylä aivan ihana. Aamiainen kelpoa, paljon vaihtoehtoja sekä buffetista että menulta, mutta buffetissa osa ruoista näytti siltä, että ne ovat olleen pöydässä jo pidemmän tovin. Vähemmänkin riittäisi, kunhan olisi tuoretta.

Generelt set et godt hotel og de fleste almindelige ting fungerede. Der er imidlertid tale om et tophotel, hvor man bør kunne forvente at også detaljerne er i orden. Det er de desværre ikke. Vi havde bestilt et dobbeltværelse, og kunne i bekræftelsen se, at der var booket et twinværelse, med to enkeltsenge. Jeg havde derfor rettet henvendelse forud og fået skriftlig tilbagemelding på, at dette ville blive rettet - det var det så ikke. Det blev rettet ved påtale, men kommunikationen var altså gået tabt. Minibaren blev ikke genopfyldt trods flere påtaler. Rengøringen på badeværelset var mangelfuld, der blev ikke genopfyldt produkter og dette måtte påtales. Der var ikke koordination mellem mad- og vintjener i restauranten, hvilket medførte at maden blev serveret før vinen til retterne.Hotellet tilbød skopudsning ved at man sætter sine sko udenfor værelset, dette forsøgte vi, men skoene blev trods dette ikke pudset. Ved påtale fik vi dem pudset. Hotellet tilbød aftenopredning, ifm. Nytårsaften havde vi booket bord på hotellets restaurant til kl. 19.00 - da vi skulle afsted var der en meddelelse på døren til værelset om at det desværre ikke havde været muligt at lave aftenopredning, da vi så kom tilbage til værelset, var dette alligevel sket. Dette tyder på manglende kommunikation, da personalet jo udemærket vidste at vi skulle i restauranten. Alt i alt et ok ophold, men alt for mange små svipsere til et hotel af den standard. Desværre.

There wasn’t a single problem and everything was better than expected. Breakfast was top quality. Staff helpful in all areas. There’s good and then there is this a level above and all for the good price. Oh and the pillows on the bed, just what I like, the sink into type😊.

Frukosten var väldigt bra, jag uppskattar när man kan beställa äggrätter från meny.
De har ett bra spa i källaren med många olika bastualternativ.
De översaked oss även med en fin present på min födelsedag!

I was upgraded to an Opera view room which was really very nice. Clean and smart hotel, really enjoyed having use of the complimentary spa facilities each day. Staff were all incredibly helpful.
