Great hotel

Good room and location to old town. Breakfast also decent. Spa facilities cost extra which was surprisingly expensive. Would stay elsewhere next time as I think there may be other god options for price.

Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Ilmeisesti loppusyksyisestä ajankohdasta johtuen rauhallista. Kylpylä melko vaatimaton, ja kunnossakin jo sanomista.

Pequeno almoco variado, os funcionarios levantavam a loica das mesas mas nao as limpavam. Quarto grande, mas o chuveiro deixava passar agua para fora formando uma grande poça de agua junto da sanita. Chao e paredes do chuveiro com bastante bolor.

Nice, clean and modern look. Specious room. Poor soundproofing, heard everything from the room next to us and hallway so didn’t sleep very well… Breakfeast was very food with multiple choices.

Good location. Walkable distance from station. Lots of dining option. All tourist places within walking distance. Next to a big shopping centre. Hotel is good with nice breakfast spread. Rooms are spacious. I think bathtub shower is not made properly. Glass partition is not enough to stop water from flowing into the bathroom. May be the partition needs to be extended. Alternatively a shower curtain can be provided

Kun tulimme sisään hotelliin niin palvelu ei ollut kovin kummoista. Huonesiivous vain joka toinen päivä oli ihan ok. Aamupalalla ekana päivänä todella paljon porukkaa. Aamiaishuoneen lautasten ym. paikka on epälooginen mikä aihettaa turhaa tungosta. Huone aivan standardi huoneen tasoa. Mielestämme ei ansaitse olla neljän tähden hotelli.

Das Frühstück war katastrophal. Man sitzt an Plastiktischen wie in einer Kantine und nicht wie in einem Viersternehotel. Außerdem war der Raum völlig überfüllt. Die Auswahl an Speisen war minimal. Im Bad fallen die Fliesen von der Wand. Klimaanlage funktionierte im ganzen Hotel nicht wirklich.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Hotel is close to central station and all major sites are a short walking distance away.

Ok hotell men de stenhårda kuddarna I sängen förstörde natten

The hotel was overall fine but the check-in was horrible. We arrived early at the hotel to try to check in, they told us to return at 14:00, which was fine. When we did return at the actual check-in time they told us our rooms were not ready (along with many other guests having the same problem). We had to wait an hour to get our room and the personnel knew there would be problems the first time we tried to check in. The sensible thing would have been to give us a heads-up that check-in that day would be delayed so that we could have headed out and returned later to check in. The bar was barely manned and even when the receptionists said it would be it wasn't. The receptionists (one specifically) were not informative nor pleasant and made us (and everyone else) feel like a problem. Also rain leaked into the room from the top of the windows.

Siistijät ystävällisiä Henkilökunnalla tympeä tyyli kohdata asiakas Aamiainen aseteltu epäjohdonmukaisesti, joka aiheutti lähes kaaosta salissa sekä lämpimät antimet lähes kylmiä Baarikaapissa vanhentuneita juomia, pyynnöstä huolimatta tuoreempia ei saatu tilalle koko 3 päivän aikana. Kylpyhuoneen lattia oli lähes polttavan kuuma eikä sitä voinut säätää pienemmäksi.

The hotel is ok, breakfast sometimes crowdy, Sauna has to be paid extra

There was black mold in the shower. I reported it the next morning and they did nothing about it the next day. I told them about again when I departed and all they offered was an apology. I wouldn't stay here again because of it.

staff from front desk deserve for coaching . I would like to see improvement. Hard communications . they know better. It wasn’t my first time in Mercury hotel but for now the last one. Also weird that hotel is taking 50 euro deposit as they call this just in case if you will break glass 😂 I’m traveling a lot monthly probably visiting from 3-5 hotels and Iexperienced something like this for the first time. No one charged for broken glass

Hotell med bra läge, och rum i gott skick. Det behövs dock en uppstyrning av frukostserveringen, dåligt flöde, låång kö till kaffemaskinerna (och alla fungerade inte) samt mycket disk kvar ute.
